My room had multiple broken items. Shower head was hanging off the wall, the patio door didn’t lock and the door handle eventually snapped off the doors, resulting in us having to move rooms. Bathroom door didn’t shut all the way so you had absolutely no privacy. Our room was never turned over in the 4 days we were there so we had to constantly request toilet paper and tissues which was hot or miss when we would actually receive the necessary items. My room number was missing so we couldn’t even find our room at first. The employees were not friendly or helpful in navigating the resort and we were left to find our way around without so much as a map of the property. We attended breakfast at Sam Lords Castle and it as a terrible experience. 45 minute wait, but not because they were full, there were 3 servers and 5 tables. Other tables were forty with old food being left out for the entire two hours we were there waiting. The pools were so cold, you couldn’t even get in them. It was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I would never recommend this place especially considering we paid over $1000/night.
