”The Deck House was a great spot for our family vacation this year. We had a large group of adults + 1 baby and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was perfect for cooking large meals with two fridges and a large range/oven. Lots of space for yard games and great fishing and kayaking spot. The beds are comfortable, as is the livingroom furniture, nice shower, huge kitchen sink, and we used the screen porch a LOT. It is very close to the water, which is hard to find. The cottages are family owned and we couldn't have felt more welcome. The shared beach area was perfect for launching the kayaks they provided to explore this very peaceful pond. ”Everything that was advertised and more. Great home in a private location. A convenient drive to nearby Bridgton as well as easy drives to Fryeburg and North Conway, NH. The home has a well equipped kitchen and nice furnishings throughout. We especially enjoyed the fireplace, large deck, and the lake view. Easy check-in and check-out procedures. The hosts provided all necessary information in advance and answered questions we had very quickly. I highly recommend this location. ”
