”Jonathan was very responsive as soon as we booked.We booked Feb15-Feb17th. Liked the fact that the road isn’t labeled so it felt like you were in the middle of no where . We were able to check in early for a discounted rate . Which was really nice !!! Next morning waking up to the snowy mountains was super nice !! Watched the snowmobiles use the trail near the house that was enjoyable . So the A-frame has a tankless hot water heater .The water was a little chilly . No complaints here as we just...

”I was double charges $969 by IHG Indigo North Conway NH.
When I tried to call, all I could get was the poor voice response automation and was unable to resolve their error over the phone. As a result, I then had to open a credit card dispute to get the duplicate charge removed.
This issue is still not resolved and I have wasted a lot of my limited personal time trying to fix the hotel’s error.”

”One good thing, the room was clean. There is no one in the office at any time there is a number you can call but no actual person the hotel is supposed to have bagels and oatmeal and light breakfast but nothing was available either morning I was there were also dirty dishes in the sink with food crusted to it and the countertops were sticky it looked like no one had been there in a while because all of the air conditioners were covered with foam and garbage bags so the rooms were hot.
