”Lobby has a lovely ambiance with the restaurant and bar! Great view on back side of hotel! On to a gorgeous little pond. Excellent friendly staff. Fantastic pool area and hot tub! Great work out facilities and the eucalyptus face towels in the gym were a real treat! Location is fantastic! Room was spacious! Good stay!”

”We were able to check into the room early so that was nice. The view was nice. There was no remote for the AC unit (suite 2) the fireplace would fall right out. The smoke detector went off in our room, I think because another suite set their smoke detector off. I messaged the staff via Expedia app and also texted the resort directly when I required assistance. No response at all so that was very disappointing. Thus resort had no front office, no lobby or restaurant so next time we will stay...

”The hot springs and the lake setting are fantastic, but the room experience was a bit of a mixed bag. Our initial room in the older wing felt quite claustrophobic and dainty. We ended up paying extra to upgrade to the newer tower, which was much better, open, airy, and featured a lovely lake-facing balcony. If you stay here, I highly recommend booking the tower wing from the start to ensure a comfortable experience.”

”Staying here is all about location and price. The motel is in need of a facelift, but I did find the bed very comfortable.”

”The property around the lodge was neat, tidy and clean. The green swimming pool with frogs was a bit of a turn off and what is most disappointing was the fact that from my understanding breakfast was included when making the booking, but there was no sign of breakfast to be had.”

”We were in the newly renovated room facing the lake. It was awesome! I quickly regretted booking for just 1 night. It has a $150 deposit and $15 parking fee per night.”
