”My fiancé and I booked this room for an overnight stay. Immediately after checking in we went to the room. It looked a lot nicer online, but it was just going to be for 1 night. However, my fiancé checked the mattresses and saw what Google images identified as bed bug remains (I took pictures of the stuff around the edges of the mattress). We immediately left the room and I checked out. I told the guy at the front desk and showed him the pictures. He called some other guy who claimed to check...

”Great room size, comfortable beds, clean, helpful staff, and great location! Our room smelled musty and a little moldy. We did see a leak line outside of our room, think that may have been the cause. We had room spray so didn’t bother us too much and we only stayed for two nights/didn’t spend too much time in the room. Anyone staying longer, I think the issue would need to be addressed. Will stay again!”

”The room and the whole property were very dirty. There were stains on towels and sheets. The bathroom was moldy. Also you can literally hear every single car that drives by because the walls are made of paper. Stay somewhere else. There are so many better options in Roanoke. The staff was very nice though.”
