”Rooms had no towels,soap or toilet paper! No staff at desk to get any. They said free breakfast, it was only coffee! Roaches everywhere! I will Never stay there again! Worst hotel Ever! Need to be closed down”

”The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the commode in our room did not flush without taking the back lid off and lifting the lever and the pool was not open.”

”Immediately noticed the smell of marijuana when I walked in. Check in was ok-could hardly understand the guy behind the counter but he was nice enough. I went for breakfast at 8:35 (open until 9) and there was only 2 pieces of wheat bread, cereal and a few drops of waffle batter left. Juice was out of order and the rest (including milk, yogurt, hot food) was all empty. No staff to be seen, much less to offer any other food options. ”Omg!!!! Okay so I should have known being that I am from Memphis and live here! My husband and I like to do staycations. My crazy butt see this on Expedia and was like oooh this is cheap and I have never heard of them. The room smelled like everything was dipped in cigarette smoke. There were roaches in the bathroom! I couldn’t sleep and was ready to just go back home! So this definitely won’t be on our staycation list! Matter of fact, it shouldn’t be on anyone’s list!”

”Staff were so nice and helpful! From the front desk to the cafe attendants everyone was very kind and attentive. The room was very clean and well maintained! Housekeeping serviced our room and replaced used towels with fresh ones, made beds, and took the trash. There is a microwave and fridge in the room. There is no coffee maker in the room, but freshly ground coffee is available in the lobby 24/7! Breakfast was ok…no waffles but a fancy pancake making machine. Eggs, potatoes, sausage,...

”Clean except first night the loveseat was filthy and tv was not working well.. pictures green screen . The other nights different room. Breakfast was fine. Cool room AC great. Price great, nice shower and bed. One night there was some disturbing argument going on in room next door or right outside that sounded like domestic violence! But that was not the motel’s fault…parking nice and overall seems like safe area.”

”Elevator was out. We walked 3 flights with bags. The room number was "taped" to the wall in blue painter's tape ??? The Staff was nice and apologetic. The lobby and room was okay. I was promised a credit $20 that never came.”

”Clean hotel but in the Expedia website they made a point about breakfast included. This hotel was about $14 higher that similar hotels within a mile and I choose it because of the convenience of having breakfast instead of looking for a breakfast place in a new city. After contacting Expedia a few days ago, I still get the run around and to make it more painful, it still advertise free breakfast”
