”Booked hotel to use the hot tub after a day of mountain climbing. Informed at check in that hot tub wasn’t working so I could not stay., booked another motel with a functional hottub instead. Notified hotel staff and expedia right way. However neither is able to help issue a refund.”

”The room was in terrible condition. We did not feel comfortable staying there. The surrounding area did not feel safe. The bathroom ceiling had a big hole in it. Can’t believe that the charge for the room was $350+. We really wish we could get a refund. We did not stay there. Spent a total of 10 minutes in the room. Please don’t rent this room to anyone else. Do not recommend! ”

”The room was clean, but it had a terrible smell. I’m almost positive it was the microwave, I asked for it to be removed and they said they couldn’t take anything out of the room and offered me an air freshener. The A/C only worked for the first few hours I was there also. I asked to switch rooms but was informed they already had acute guest needing to switch rooms. In the end I found a different hotel and did not finish my stay.”

”Great place to stay if you’re just looking for a place to shower and sleep for a night or two. Conveniently located by a McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, Target and Walmart. Moving our daughter back from the U of O for the summer. It was perfect”

”My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the temperature was perfect. The staff was accommodating, I was able to check in early and check out 30 mins after check out time. Plus I received cookies just out of the oven. The breakfast choices were limited but very tasty. Thank you for taking good care of me during stay.”

”First, I had occasion to contact the property several times before our arrival and the staff could not have been nicer nor more pleasant to talk to and were very happy to accommodate my requests. Upon arrival, again the staff was beyond helpful and pleasant and went above and beyond to promise us coffee earlier than their normal set up time (we were out early fishing). The rooms were very clean and everything worked and even though we were close to the freeway, the traffic noise never bothered...
