”Just wish there was more safety in bathroom toliet set low so was hard to get up and walk in shower was slippery and no hand rail but I’m just extra cautious”

”Room was new looking and clean. Decently quiet place. Bathroom door was messed up, but it didn't really affect anything. Hot tub was closed and the ice machine was broken. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was minimal.”

We got into the Neosho area very late and had difficulty finding the hotel because the sign is not very big and it is not very well lit. It was difficult to find a way into the parking lot. Also, the king size bed was very comfortable but it was very high from the floor and was difficult to get onto. Because I am short, I had to use a stool to climb...

”Such a welcoming and friendly front desk staff. Stayed only one night while in town for a wedding in early May. The room seemed to have some updates such as charging plugs on the sides of bed, and laminate flooring - cleaner than carpet. It was a nice stay!”

”The golf courses are some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The pool was fun. It was too bad it rained so much, is the only negative.”

”Clean rooms and lobby, great water pressure in the showers, friendly, helpful staff! It would be hard to find a better hotel for the money.”

”I think they had plumbing trouble because it seems like that the tub did not drain properly and there was hair and everything else in the bottom of the table of the room then we went and we went to the office. They were really nice about. It gave us a different room, but the second room that we went in. Looks like homeless people have been camping in it. It was awful so we stayed in the original one and cleaned the tub ourselves.”

”The bed was the best thing about the motel, where the little cubby hole they keep the hairdryer at was filthy gross with hair and dirt, behind the trashcan on the wall was covered with food remains and dirt there was hair on the floors and the hallways was sooo hot. There is NO elevator I repeat NO elevator. The curtains do not close so u can have darkness, def won't be staying here again.”

”Worst breakfast ever oh wait that’s right all there was only cold kids cereal and frozen biscuits the size of a 1/2 dollar you had to microwave staff was not friendly at all no greeting no thanks no good bye nothing”

”We had to change hotels last second for an out of town baseball tournament due to weather when our games were moved to Grove. The staff at BW Timberridge were very helpful, we found the hotel clean and comfortable, close to everything we needed, and the pool was nice. We didn't try the breakfast as we were on the run, but the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you!”
