”Were happy until we developed water leak in bathroom. Had to move to different facility...no rooms avail. Staff very nice. Beds great. Lots of hot water.”

”Neat, clean, cool, mostly quiet (though next to both the airport and freeway), and welcoming. Staff were very friendly. BBQ restaurant in same parking lot was delicious and convenient. Evening reception was limited to chips and salsa and pretzels; your 2 free drinks are 1/2 glass of wine each. Soda was also available. Breakfast was the same each day: waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereals, juice, coffee, soda. There was a persistent strong smell of marijuana smoke being piped through...

”Someone has unplugged the fridge and the freezer defrosted. There was water all over the floor. We cleaned it up and the towel was so dirty. The floor wasn’t cleaned. ”

”Upon arrival, we were greeted by an amazing employee April. She was handling a difficult call when we walked in, but still managed to make eye contact and address us until she could help. Once she finished, she processed us into the room quickly and efficiently all while chatting about the area and what we could do in the short time we did have. Such a pleasure to meet someone who enjoys their job and greets the customers with a smile. ”

”The staff, manager and the stay is very nice .. sometimes the WiFi goes on and off .. it do come right back on.. air conditioning is very good Very Happy with my stay here”

”Breakfast was standard. Room was ok. Bed was ok. I was assigned a key to a room I was not assigned. I’ve never had that happen before. Cleanliness appeared to be good.”

”Room was clean. The bed was fine, except for the huge pillows that I could not use which made my sleep pretty bad. The staff put the liquids in the wrong containers that attached to the wall in the shower so I had to rewash hair and body with the right cleaner. All small minor things. Casino was clean. The restaurants were pricey for what it was. ”

”Drove 8 hours and no Hot water for us to shower and clean up. Maintenance couldn’t come in till next day. We only stayed one night. ”

”It was clean and easy to find/park. However the shower did not get warm even after letting it run. They had rules for cleaning like it was an Airbnb. Check out was at 10 am. ”

”Room was dusty and smell like it’s hasn’t been occupied for years! With all the dusty, soon you start to feel itching. Staff were great and friendly, just the room, not happy with it. ”
