”My two nights were terrible. I was left in freezing cold unable to gain access due to the lock. Owner was not immediately available for support. A guest smoked cigarettes and weeds on both night with windows shut. I returned to a smelly property. As a non smoker this was unacceptable. My clothes and air felt dirty. The same client cooked with windows shut causing the smoke alarm to go off disturbing my peace. Kitchen was used and not immediately cleaned after use by other guest. ”

”Beautiful, large bedroom, comfortable bed, stunning view. Everything spotlessly clean. Exceptional bathroom. There was a problem with the toilet which was sorted by the time I came back from my day out and about. Friendly breakfast servers. I asked for more milk for my room, which they happily provided. Parking in the street wasn't an issue, costing £18 per day. Great location.”
