”I LIKED HOW THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY...JACK WAS AMAZING AND I WOULD LIKE TO COME AGAIN, HOWEVER, I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT I HAD TO TAKE MY CLOTHES SOMEWHERE ELSE TO WASH AS THERE WAS NO WASHER AND DRYER. I WISH THAT WE COULD AT LEAST HAVE A PLACE TO WASH CLOTHES. GOING DOWNNSTAIRS TO USE A MICROWAVE WAS ANOTHER INCONVIENENCE . BUT I UNDERSTAND THE POSSIBLE REASONING BEHIND IT (FIRE HAZZARD).

”The room was very neat and large. There was a curtain partition to separate the bed from the living room and kitchen section. The air conditioner worked well with blowing cool air. The bed was firm enough and the pillows were the right consistency of soft. Live TV was available. Lots of towels in the bathroom and even make-up remover. Having a kitchen sponge and soap and dishwasher liquid was an added bonus.
The variety at breakfast was great too. The staff were always friendly and helpful too....

”Ac did not keep the room clean, toilet was backed up. I was talked to like trash when I asked about it. Received no help after complaining. Was told I couldn’t speak with a manager and asked “what do you want me to do” I paid almost $600 for this room and it was the worst place I have stayed in a very long time between attitude. ”The first room that I was in, the toilet didn’t flush properly the room wasn’t up to par, shower had hair in it etc and the curtains had something on them, I wasn’t sure if it was blood or what but I changed rooms only to end up in a room with a HORRENDOUS smell that made me wake up with a headache and that toilet also didn’t work properly in the “new room” so it is a plumbing issue inside the entire building. ”The pancake machine was broken. We told the guy and it was not fixed. Our room was right next to the elevators and you could hear a switching sound like the Denver airport tram was going through the suite every 10 minutes or so all night long. The suite itself was spacious and wonderful. However, the sound keeping us up all night, not so much. ”
