Make sure if you go there to eat at Sammy's across the street (it was so good, we ate there 3 times. Also Mike the tiger was a highlight (he seems to be active and playful in the mornings). I would definitely stay there again and recommend it!”
”Upon arrival check in was great. Booked a room on the third floor which was clean but had roaches. Front desk immediately came up to room with keys for another room. Ask me if they could see the bug and said that room would be exterminated. Moved to a higher floor and had no issues. Be prepared to pay for parking. ”

”Stayed at the Doubletree for a recent visit to Baton Rouge. It was a great hotel for the trip with comfortable beds, spacious rooms and pleasant staff. Close by to downtown and many restaurant choices within 15 minutes around the hotel.
Only downside was getting out of the hotel to the highway. The main road to the hotel frequently backed up for people trying to enter the highway, but that was the only issue.”
