”Avoid this one place. I never leave reviews, but if this helps one person it’s worth it. Our first room smelled like someone had a bunch of wet dogs in it, the clock didn’t work, and the tv speakers were blown. I thought it was a fluke and spoke with the gentleman at the front desk and asked for a new room; he moved us with no issue. But when we got to the new room is was a smoking room and we reserved a nonsmoking, not good when you have breathing difficulties. At this point it was midnight and...

”Staff, particularly the kitchen team, were very kind and helpful. She always wanted to make sure there was adequate number of food items. The beds are very hard. The sheets were covered with little cloth nubs making the sheets feel like you had crumbs in the bed or like sand paper. The a/c states to look at thermostat on the wall and there is not a thermostat on the wall. Flooring was peeled in some areas making toe stubs a regular thing and creating a tripping hazard. I would not stay at this...

”About what you'd expect for this type of accomodation. Room was clean enough but the beds were annoyingly soft. The WiFi didn't work - I told the front desk at least three times and they said they'd take care of it, but didn't. The included breakfast was two types of cereal and milk, or bagels. The juice machine was broken and looked like it had been for quite a while. If cheap is your priority this is where you should stay.”

”I could not have chosen a better hotel to stay at for the night. While in the city for work I needed a much needed quiet night of rest to recalibrate and the front desk staff was extremely patient, communicated well, and updated me on their hotel perks and policy. I am planning to return soon. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.”

”So much wrong here, the carpets smell so bad and it made the room smell worse. It was suppose to be no smoking but it smelt like a cigar. The beds are NOT QUEEN they are much smaller. We were given 2 towels for 5 guest. When I went to the front desk they told me that they are out of towels I need to check back tomorrow. Which means that the kids had to shower and use hand towels. The morning of check out the breakfast was bad. There was no gravy and what was left at 8am was water in a broken...
