”The hotel & room appeared fresh and clean upon arrival. However, the bed pillows were mini-sized, flat and needed to be replaced. There was mildew along the floor of the shower walls. Our floor was noisy—children running up & down the hall, running down the stairs. (Parent’s fault) One of the front desk managers was unfriendly when I asked for clean towels for our second night. ”My experience at this hotel was average. In terms of cleanliness, the room was reasonably clean, and housekeeping made the bed daily. However, I found hair that did not belong to me on both the towels and in the shower, which is something that should definitely be improved.
The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. However, I believe some team members could benefit from additional training to provide a more consistent guest experience.
