”Worked great for our family vacation. Well stocked and clean rooms met all expectations. Nice view from the living room , but not really from other rooms which was fine. Only slight negative was upstairs people stomped around a fair amount. Otherwise a great choice for the banff area!”

”Overall, it is a good value and comfortable stay. We arrived a little early and were able to enter the unit. It hadn't been cleaned from the prior night, a last minute booking that didn't make the cleaning schedule. Thankfully we were there early and the cleaning crew were still there working on other units. The cleaning crew I spoke with was so kind, thoughtful and apologetic.
