Anna matkapäiväsi tämän sivun oikeassa yläkulmassa saadaksesi tarkan hinnoittelun. Kuten kaikissa Kap-vuokrissa, myös siivousmaksu ja 12. 45% paikallis- ja osavaltion vero.

Tervetuloa East Sailsiin, viehättävään kotiin, jossa on tuulimylly ja joka sijaitsee 1 hehtaarin päässä rauhallisella alueella. Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Chathamin ja Harwichin kaupoista ja rannoista sekä Kaplan ulkopinnan pisteistä. Eristäytynyt 40 x 20 jalan suolaisen veden uima-allas, joka on lämmitetty 82 asteeseen. Hyvällä maulla sisustettu koti, täysin varustettu keittiö niille, jotka arvostavat Kap Codin hyvää elämää. Talossa on 1 king-vuode, 2 queen-vuodetta, 2 kaksoset ja yksi sohva / asunto yläkerrassa. Se sisältää keskusilman, Wifi, taulutelevisiot ja tilavan kannettavan kannen ja ulkosuihkun. Suuri suojattu kuisti tarjoaa rauhallisen näkymän uima-altaalle ja myös auringonlaskuihin. Uusi maakaasun toimittama kaasugrilli, joten et koskaan vaihta säiliöitä! Suuri nurmikko ulkopeleihin ja aktiviteetteihin. Valmiit pelihuoneet alemmalla talon tasolla lapsille ja aikuisille (!) nauttia pingistä, shuffleboardista tai klassisesta uima-altaan pelistä!

Fantastic stay in Harwich

We loved this house. One of our all time favourites. The perfect place to unwind with family and friends. Beautiful setting, fantastic pool, well appointed throughout. The games room was the icing on the cake. Peter was very helpful throughout.

Fantastic Vacation

Perfect family getaway

It all starts with the huge beautifully landscaped backyard pool. We used it every day with all ages enjoying it. Plus the backyard screened in porch was great, with pool and landscape vista and great for morning coffee. Gameroom In finished basement also was enjoyed every night, ping pong, shuffle board and billiard competitions daily. Perfect destination for relaxation and enjoying cape cod.

Great property

Location was great, easy to get to and away from other houses for privacy. The pool was perfect and our afternoons were spent swimming. Most of our meals were enjoyed on the patio. Screened in porch a plus. Peter was very responsive and answered all questions within minutes.

Clean, Spacious, and Well-Maintained Property

We rented this property for a family vacation and were very happy with it. The house was very clean, spacious, well- maintained and updated, and had everything that we needed. The yard was also well-kept and included an inground heated pool that the family enjoyed. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a short distance to the grocery store and many attractions. Peter was communicative and pleasant to work with during our stay. We would definitely rent this property again in the future.

Amazing Week in Harwich

The property was even better than we anticipated and Peter was a great host who was in constant communication with us during our stay. The house, furnishing, and appliances were all top quality in great shape and wasn't what you would typically see in a rental property. The pool area and outdoor space were perfect for the 5 children in our group and a bunch of pool toys/floats were available for use. We were impressed with the meticulous landscaping throughout the property, which made the property feel very private and secluded. Peter was in communication soon after we booked and he was easy to get in touch via text with including when we had minor wear and tear type issues during our stay that were addressed quickly. He was very easy to talk to and made it feel like we rented from a friend. We would definitely stay at the property again!

Amazing Rental

Property was awesome. Pool and screened in porch set it apart from other rentals I’ve had. Kitchen was fully stocked. Peter was also outstanding. As newbies to visit The Cape, his recommendations helped us tremendously. Would 100% rent this property again.

Pool Paradise

Stayed at East Sails for a week with our son’s family and two grandchildren. House was a big hit as everyone loved the pool and ping pong in the lower level. House was extremely clean and well organized with good communication with the owner. 15 minutes to Hardings beach or Chatham, and down the road from the Brewster Whitecaps in the Cape Cod baseball league. Highly recommend

Great Place to Stay

We had a really great week at the property. When we arrived the house was really clean and is well looked after. The outside areas are really nice too, with a grill and large area for eating outside plus a really nice screened in porch. The pool area is great, which is where we spent most of the time, it was also heated which was an added bonus! The location is so private and quiet (the house is essentially at the end of a dead end street) and yet only a short drive to Chatham and everything it has to offer. The supermarket is close by too, we would even walk there it is that close. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this property.

Stunning Property

This property had all the things that we needed for our week stay. It was also close to grocery stores, seafood stores and a beautiful beach. The best thing was our time spent at the heated, salt-water pool. The kids loved it!!

Great for a family getaway!

Our grandchildren & adults loved the salt water pool & yard for wiffle ball & other lawn games. The house was so comfortable for our family of 10. If we had had bad weather we would have spent more time in the wonderful basement game rooms playing pool, ping pong and shuffle board! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more for home cooked meals ranging from 10 lobsters to grilled fresh fish & clams! Nights we leisured around the family outdoor & indoor dining tables & either retired to to the screened porch or the charming post & beam living room. Though it is centrally located for grocery and necessities it is off the beaten path to traffic. It is just a hop skip & jump to Chatham, ocean & bay beaches and the bike path. We couldn’t ask more for a much needed fun & relaxing time together! We shall return.

Beautiful dream vacation

This was the perfect getaway to cheer up my son who was a 2020 grad. Photos do not do this place justice. The pool was amazing and the game room was a perfect place for the kids to enjoy at night. The house had everything we needed a home away from home. We look forward to visiting again soon. Kat

Great Cape Home!

This is a beautiful home and is very clean and up to date. Had everything we needed to enjoy home cooking and the game room downstairs was amazing! Fireplace in the master bedroom was a unique perk. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood but close to everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Communication with Peter was seamless. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property

We rented this property to stay at during a friend’s wedding weekend and couldn’t have picked a more perfect house! Clean and comfortable for all 8 of us, and easy access to grocery stores and all of the locations we needed to get to for the wedding festivities in Brewster. We wish it had been earlier in the season so we could’ve enjoyed the 3 season room and pool, but that just means we’ll have to come back someday!
