”I could not stay there during the arctic snowstorm of 2026. I did stop by to check it out. It remained unshoveled for the days I would have had it. Inside was quaint, good layout, natural light from windows. Modern large shower and super clean. Unwalkable because of piled up snow but restaurants, grocery, sufficient. I had to eat the cost of the unused week and wished we could have worked out a plan to return at another time. That would have made it a 5 star rating. ”

”Great beach access and helpful information on nearby restaurants was provided. We did leave behind “Fluffy” our puppy’s favorite stuffed animal. He is probably under the very comfortable bed.”

”The unit is a quiet tucked away room amongst what looks like an older motel that has been refurbished as individual updated units. The gardens were lovely and the place was clean. I was surprised how great the location was in terms of being able to walk 10 minutes to a beach and 20 minutes to the main downtown area of shops in Harwich Port. It’s important to read the amenities list as there is no kitchen (mini fridge and microwave included). Also the host does offer beach chairs and pool towels....

”It was a continental breakfast. OJ, coffee hard boiled eggs etc. you are paying for the view. The room was the tiniest space and the bathroom wasn’t big at all. The weather was bad and you couldn’t really see very much.
