”The room was beautifully decorated and everything looked like new. Parking spots are very narrow and limited. However the walls are paper thin and you could hear everything outside and in the neighboring rooms. Both nights we were awaken by noise from other rooms in the middle of the night. The staff could be friendlier. We had an issue with the tub but was repaired quickly but that meant our room did not get cleaned. ”

”The customer service at this hotel is exceptional! You’re able to text them when you need something or have an issue. When I first arrived in the room, I noticed one of the cabinet door hinges were loose & they came within 30 minutes to fix it! The gym is very big & has all kinds of machines & weights you may need.”

”It would have been nice to know parking was valet for a fee and to tip the valet. The absolute worst was Friday night listening to the street rodders until 2 am. They should have told us that ahead of time. When she told us she put us in the quiet side. The plus was the pool and happy hour selections!! And the pool side staff was amazing!!”

”We liked the interior, the room and the beds.
The atmosphere in the hotel was nice and most of the staff where polite and friendly.
I would have given 4 stars, but the Wi-Fi, that we needed so much, was absolutely rubbish. We spent hours to make it work.
(When we changed hotel all worked fine)
The hotel charges for aminities parking, Wi-Fi, bortled water, coffee aso.
We had no Wi-Fi, no water bottles - the price was the same.
The girl at reception was not serviceminded.

”Very disappointing experience. Around 5:30 AM someone from the front desk knocked on our door twice because their system incorrectly showed our room as vacant after a check-in error. This woke us up abruptly, our dogs started barking, and we couldn’t go back to sleep. We had been driving all day and still had a full day of travel ahead of us, so this disturbance was extremely frustrating. The issue was caused by the hotel’s internal mistake and unfortunately no resolution was offered.”

”Everything really went very well, and we had a nearly 3-week stay. Minor issues... a couple of times during the stay, only one elevator was working.. but the problem was corrected within a few hours. The other thing... the day we checked out, there were no luggage carts available. I understand that guests can take the carts to their rooms and failr to bring them back down as required.
