The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Ontario, tucked away from the bustle of the big city but close enough to visit. Central to several mid-sized cities and halfway between Toronto and Ottawa, Bancroft offers the tranquility of the Canadian Shield with all the amenities of a modern community. Bancroft was built alongside the same York River that this house overlooks.

Getting Around:
Bancroft is a small town and many necessities are within walking distance however there's plenty of parking for multiple vehicles in the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
🔥 Fire Ban Notice
A Total Fire Ban is currently in effect. The use of the firepit is strictly prohibited at all times during this period. Violations may result in additional charges and penalties.

Although we provide the best WIFI possible in the area, the reliability cannot be guaranteed as it is provided by a third party company.


Note: Guests are recommended to bring their own wood for the woodturning stove.
We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to ensure that both you and the property are protected.
For your peace of mind, we offer two options:
1) Non-refundable Damage Waiver: For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.
2) Refundable Safety Deposit: A credit card hold, that will be refunded upon a successful property inspection after your stay.
These options will be presented to you through our Guest App after booking.
