”Location 10/10, nothing to complain whatsoever about that, in this economy with this much amenities in the room this was great. Cleanliness 8/10. Only deducted because this is just personal thing nothing they did wrong - I'm allergic to colorants in cleaners and if you are like me and are sensitive to colorants in cleaners (red 40, yellow 5, etc) the bedsheets will suffocate you for sure. ”In this european standard accommondation you do not need a car or public transportation - everything is in walking distance. Open parking place opposite the street. The suite was clean, light and spacious. Beds were good, big pillows. The personal at the desk was very helpful, polite and shiny. Minus: no small pillows, lack of kitchen equipments, mugs, plates etc. The host sent several messages during the accommondation. ”

”When booking, we didn't know this was an apartment or that there were specific cleaning requirements. I expected a vacation, not a chore list. It took an hour to check-in because the concierge who had our apartment key was "on break" and calling around didn't help. We sat in the lobby like a family of vagrants with our luggage. The bedframe was broken. The washer machine, which would have been a nice touch, broke part way through a cycle. The trash bag (singular, they only provided one)...
