”Clean, cozy, quiet, comfortable and a superior location will best describe this VRBO. The property, which offers off-street parking, is only a short walk to a vibrant downtown with many restaurants and shops. For personal needs, CVS and Walgreens are a five-minute walk. The newly renovated town library is within walking distance, where you can pick up discount coupons to Boston and local museums and places of interest. Public transportation is easily accessible and convenient. Take the Orange...

”It was cozy and cute for my husband and I Clean- excellent communication- And when I say close to everything - man it was - less than a mile to downtown district and the wharf! Can't recommend enough!”

”What an awesome place to stay to visit Boston. Nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had a nice big kitchen. Elina, our host made sure we had a keurig. We had some warm days but, had plenty of ACs. The town has some great restaurants. Had some salads from Ellie’s Pizza that were excellent. The train station is right down the street. Very easy access to the Boston area. Can’t thank our host Elina enough.”

”Super cute place, spare bedroom w/ bunk beds if you're bringing family, 20min walk to all the attractions and restaurants, I chose to use Uber instead. I had a great time.”

”What a beautiful, historic property!!! Ideal for families or large groups visiting the area. Plenty of parking space! Don’t think twice about booking. Communication with the host was perfection. 5 stars for sure!”

”We had a fantastic girls weekend in Salem and this house was prefect! Great location and great amenities!”

”Beautiful and clean. Very friendly and helpful host. If ever in the area would definitely choose this lovely home first!”

”Great stay and perfectly met our needs. Inside of home was clean, organized and very comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and it was a great base.”

”The communication and response from the host was excellent and issues were addressed in a timely manner, ie dirty sheets (new sheets delivered), ants in the house (brought ant traps), garbage disposal not working (sent someone to fix it) and found a broken shot glass. Unfortunately the disposal not working led to a dishwasher backup and when we opened the dishwasher after the repair person left, it unloaded a whole lot of dirty water on the kitchen floor. Dishes were lovely but inadequate...

”Great! Lots of activities on property. House is beautiful! You can access the wrap around deck around the widows walk”

”We enjoyed our stay! Great location, easy parking. Wonderful communication from host. Would stay again!”

”I appreciate that the home was stocked with all essentials and quite a bid of extras. The house was plenty big enough for our large group and we enjoyed playing games in the evening at their large tables. I would absolutley stay here again.”

”Apartment was very clean and close to downtown Salem but on a quiet block. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. ”

”We stayed in the property for one night, so we were in and out. The house is older, but everything works great and it was super clean. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the back year/deck is simply amazing. The ocean, the lighthouse, the boats are just beautiful and is worth every bit of what we paid. I didn’t have a need to communicate with the host but all check in and check out directions were sufficient.”

”The house was comfortable and well-appointed. There wasn’t much in the immediate area, but there was a convenient store just down the block. We chose it to be between Boston and Salem, which worked well enough. The house was pet-friendly, which was a big selling point, though we thought the backyard was fully fenced. It is not, but we got clever with pulling our car close to the yard and arranging the trash barrels on either side to create a makeshift fence, which worked great. There was also an...
