”The staff were extremely helpful. Room was very clean, modern and well Maintained. Breakfast was superb and well planned. It is very difficult to say which staff stands out as all are excellent. I particularly mention Tushu and Isha who were proactive in helping me.”

”The room refrigerator does not have a freezer section. The dining restaurant is noticed to be fully packed. It seems there is a space limitation rather than an occupancy limit. The restaurant receptionist requested that the food be delivered to the room.”

”Friendly environment.”

”hotels.com has a long list of false accessibility information. Also, the wishes and information were sent to the hotel in advance. As a fit ex-paralympic athlete, I couldn't get up their ramp on my own. It's far too steep and long, far from accessible. The room also didn't take accessibility into account. I mentioned this to the hotel reception several times and they didn't respond. When checking out, I was late for the next place because I had to find out for 30 minutes whether I had paid for...

”Room was worn, mosquitos and other bugs. Breakfast was uninspiring. Staff though were friendly and helpful.”

”Hello”

”We checked in around 9pm and were surprised that we had to wait while they cleaned the room. The room was large but felt a bit outdated. There were not a lot of breakfast options, but the quality of the food was goid enough and the service was very friendly. We reserved a toom here after staying at The Way in Dhaka to compare the two. Given the similar price points, The Way offered superior service and quality and had no mosquitos, which was a big plus in dengue season. Overall, Lakeshore is a...

”Top notch, small boutique hotel. Enjoyed our stay. The service was first class, and there were no mosquitoes, which was great. The breakfast was delightful. Would stay again.”

”Good and relaxing stay always after busy day at Dhaka.”

”Hotelli on hyvällä sijainnilla ja palvelu oli erinomaista.”

”Best value of money for a hotel in Dhaka. The staff were super helpful, the neighborhood was unusually calm, and the hotel location is close to the hotspots. However, I didn’t use the gym and the pool was not well maintained. Moreover, the room used a split AC unit and is pretty average in cleanliness, nevertheless it’s worth what you are paying for it. Lastly, the business lounge is useful for meetings and the reception is helpful in arranging pickups and drop offs for the airport.”

”Stuff are not friendly at all”

”The service, staff were very professional & helpful. I was visiting from the US & stayed in one of their bigger suites which was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet which was included in the price was good & the onsite cafe which is really good, Kona, is open 24/7. Overall it was a very pleasant stay & I stayed for 2 weeks. The location is also great!”
