”The property is conveniently located near the harbour, which is where most of our activities and itineraries begin. It is within walking distance & has easy access to bus transportation too. There are plenty of dining options available, as long as one is not specifically looking for Michelin-starred or formal dining. Regarding the presence of homeless individuals, i find them respectful of your personal space, they don't bother people around and do not cause any disruption. Just always be aware...

”Pictures on website did not match reality. Motel room had been updated in the cheapest way possible. Example door knob of closet was stuck on and came off the door when I opened the it. Toilet paper holder was stuck on the side of a cabinet. Outside looked run down and most people appeared to be permanent residents.”

”Beds were great, property was clean, and the staff were truely lovely. We got scammed by another booking and wound up staying here very last min, so we were quite panicked when we arrived the staff were helpful, kind, and overall just changed the tone of our day to pleasant. Will absolutely stay again.”

”Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!”

”This property was AMAZING for my daughter’s 10th birthday gathering. The restaurant seated us specially so the kids could be themselves together and then we had the kids up to a suite where they put us in a great corner unit where we wouldn’t get any noise complaints :) we are so grateful! The staff also made our daughter a special cake for when we checked in.”

”A nice room with a full kitchen. I loved the walk-in shower. The buffet breakfast each morning was a nice way to start our day. We forgot charging adapters, but not a problem. We just called down to the front desk and were quickly supplied with some loaners. Friendly staff at our late night check-in, as well as check-out.”

”Room was clean but for the almost $400/night it was definitely underwhelming, VERY old and the amenities in the rooms were not worth $400. We arrived to almost deafening music from the lounge/bar, so loud you could barely hear the clerk!!! This continued until late into the evening so be aware if you’re looking for peace and quiet or on a business trip and need to work in the morning. Best and only thing that can be said is the room was clean.”

Parking was simple, the facilities clean and comfortable, the decor beautiful and our suite was a perfect place to relax after a day of travel and sightseeing. We were very impressed with the environmental initiatives by the hotel. Overall a wonderful experience.”
