Cottage sits behind our home (see photo) . NOTE- Main house may have large groups ... pool and outside areas share spaces ...Near Owensboro, Rockport, Hawesville & Lewisport...There is ONLY ONE bedroom which can be made into EITHER two California twins OR one California king -Wifi ..Smart TV... use your Netflix and so on with this TV ...... Kitchen has everything you need ..Eating/work space. Comfortable recliner chairs ... Use of pool/ plenty of places to roam on farm .
The space
Business bringing you to the Owensboro area? Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in the country ...Seasonal pool available ...lots of places to roam on farm... Main house sits in front of cottage and it rents to SOMETIMES large groups .... mainly quiet.... but not a guarantee!

Seasonal pool, fire pit ... visit my garden .... the vineyard .... gazebo ... feed the koi in the koi pond ... enjoy the ambiance of country life ... yet ... easy drive to Owensboro, Lewisport, Hawesville, Rockport, Indiana ....,
Other things to note
Cottage has rafters that are about 6'2" ... so if you are tall you will have to duck !!! We have a friendly outdoor cat, Lovey. Please be aware that the main house is sometimes rented to large groups from May-October. we’ve had wonderful folks here.... but sometimes if there are a lot of children the pool area can be noisy.... everyone has been great to share all of the outside areas and socially distance!
Also, We have internet that is connected via ORBITZ to the main house, but no longer have Direct TV .... ONLY internet. You will need to stream with your own devices.
