”Poor service..staff was not present at check in or check out”

”We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Astoria Galilee! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth, friendliness, and truly personal service. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and their genuine hospitality made our stay especially enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide and varied selection to suit different tastes. Everything was delicious, and the variety made starting each morning a real pleasure. What truly sets...

”Overall, the hotel was wonderful. It was a convenient location for our family to spend a week vacation in the Galilee area. There are attractions, restaurants and shops all nearby. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a wide variety of options. The only reason we would not stay here again was the bathroom design in the rooms. The toilet does not have a full door and the bathroom area does not have a door at all, and even...

”awesome architecture and character”

”Great hostel with possibility to cook. Great view to Tiberias area from the rooftop. Cooling in the private dormitory was a salvation in the hot summer of Israel. The person in the reception was kind and spoke English well. Some beeping in the mornings but otherwise a quiet place.”

”Endroit exceptionnel rien à dire”

”The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair is too short to see the view, so it's not worth paying extra unless you're content to view it standing up or from inside. A sign on the balcony said, Please don't open the balcony door; there are many...

”Hyvällä paikalla hulppein maisemin. Huoneen järvinäköala oli tosin kulman takana. Off season vaikutti, koska uima-allas oli tyhjennetty ja baarimikkoa sai huhuilla toimipisteelleen milloin mistäkin. Ruoka hyvää.”

”TIberiaan parhaalla paikalla sijaitseva, yksilöllinen ja siisti hotelli. Runsas aamiainen katettiin terassille, josta esteetön näkymä järvelle. (Kahvina tarjottiin tosin vain murukahvia.) Rauhallisen kävelykadun varrella, ostoskadut lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä.”

”Good food. Great Hotel ”
