”The room was small, but clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were lovely. The breakfast was just OK. The staff were friendly and welcoming.”

”The woman at the counter took about a full 60 seconds before looking up from her monitor when I walked up to the desk. She briefly looked up and said “one moment”, and did not look up again for about another two minutes. Wow.”

”Place was clean and the property was really nice!!!! We loved the golf simulator downstairs and was able to bring our family together there on our last night. Front staff was absolutely wonderful and we appreciate the hospitality. Only 2 complaints are: First the room conditions seem as though repairs were needed to be done as there was foam filling of some sort to patch up holes. It was very weird but we went with it. Second was the loudest coming from the bar under us. Not sure if the noise...

”Parking was convenient”

”The staff were fighting at the front desk so it took over 10 minutes to check in. Literally arguing in front of us at customers.”

”A bit worn out, but ok to stay for a night. Lot of noise between 9-11 pm. Neigbourhood had good services, but was a bit sketchy at evening. ”

”The room seemed clean. It was very chilly and has a very loud heater to get it up to temperature. There were no clothes hangers at all. It had a coffee machine but no plug in near it. The room was quite dark and there was a shortage of plug ins. An extra blanker would have been nice. It was nice to have a small fridge in the room”

”Staff and breakfast is amazing! I love that animals are welcome wo a deposit. Stayed here several times and great location. Unfortunately I was on the bottom floor and some kids were very loud and wrestling above us late in the night, however I would stay here again. Great gym and pool area.”

”When we arrived to check in it was about 11:30 pm. There was a guest at the desk arguing with the only staff person on duty. The staff person never acknowledged that I was standing there waiting, which was about 40 minutes while he was trying to prove that the guest was incorrect about his booking and something about not receiving a discount. Yes, I was made to listen to the entire conversation because I must have been completely invisible. Once the guest finally walked away, I got to check in...

”Room was very clean but had no closet. Staff had a hard time keeping up with the breakfast rush . Yogurt and cereal worked.”

”Booked this for my dad and sister, the staff was friendly, parking was good. Unfortunately the bath had two holes in it. One was repaired with putty, the second wasn’t repaired so my dad was unable to take a bath. Beds were clean and all other areas In the room was good.”

”This is my second stay here. I upgraded to river view. Room was clean but a bit dated. Beds were clean and comfortable. The hot tub was up and running this time and good temp. I chose this stay as it has a restaurant and bar with great views. But, in our 4day stay, neither was open for business. Kinda disappointed as we were going to have family come meet us there multiple times. Overall nice place, but a little over priced for what is available.”

”Nice suite for families. No frills room, but clean and comfortable. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we will stay again, if needed.”

”The room was clean. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, pancakes, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and cereal. There is a nice park across the street and many restaurant options nearby. My only complaint is it's near the railroad tracks and a train came through at 1 am. They do provide earplugs which helped with the noise.”

”Really pleased we chose here for a travel stopover. The accommodations had everything we required, the bed was very comfortable. Overnight was very quiet. It was clean and had pleasant decor. We would definitely choose here again if requiring accommodations in the area.”

”Very nice hotel! Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. The breakfast buffet was very good (better than most and had the best sausage links I’ve had in years). Parking is good, and hotel is about 5-6 minutes from downtown. They do allow dogs inside and some of the neighboring rooms had dogs that barked pretty loud, but not after hours, and was quiet otherwise.”
