”I specifically chose this hotel for my daughters weekend because of their pool and hot tub. My friend and I each rented a room and no one from our group was able to go swimming because someone pooped in the pool on Saturday. The staff had hours before the pool closed (at 9pm) to clean it, but instead, they closed it down and reopened it the next day....the day we had to leave There was no refund or discount offered or applied to our stay for the inconvenience. This ruined my daughters birthday....

”Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. We had to call the front desk to ask if...

”Simple and efficient Holiday Inn. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. Walking distance to a Panera Bread, which was convenient. ”

”The property is very old, run down, smelly, and needs upgrades. Left around 6AM not sure what time breakfast is served.”

”The room was very comfortable with amenities. The pool was a good, refreshing environment. Room was clean, but could’ve been cleaner, especially the bathroom walls. Beds are very comfortable, and the water was nice and hot. Good mirror space and a very kitchen area. ”

”The rooms are large and clean but older. They could use a refresh as they smell like cigarette smoke. The King room we stayed in had a lack of seating. The Sofa and chair was missing.”
