The place came with everything you might want when going on a trip from cooler, beach chairs, all amenities and even washer and dryer inside unit. It was nice having beach in backyard and food nearby. Only downside is there was not many but a few roaches and parking can be tough inside the hotels parking lot. There is multiple places to park very close to hotel so that’s not too bad.

We enjoyed our stay, the unit was very clean and had just about everything to cook, clean, do laundry, etc. The unit also had beach chairs, boogie board, and some snorkel equipment. The views from the balcony or lanai were amazing. We saw turtles, seals and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the lanai. The property is being revamped but that slight noise didn’t bother our stay at all. Overall we were pleased with everything and we hope to stay again in the future!

Nice and cozy place to stay. Smooth communication and easy check-in. Direct access to the beach is also nice. Recommend for people who like relaxing and enjoy local Hawaiian vibes rather than going to town to do some shopping and touristy activities.

The condo was clean.. minus a bug issue.. but it wasnt horrible... and they were responsive on getting it treated as soon as possible. View and atmosphere was amazing. Would go back.

10 stars out of 5!!!! I almost didn’t book this condo because of the mixed reviews and worried we’d have a bad experience. Boy, was I wrong! We stayed 7 days in October with 5 adults and absolutely loved it. The host was amazing! She was always responsive by text, answered right away, and provided clear check-in instructions and reasonable rules. Parking was no problem, even when returning late. I’d read about construction noise, but it was minimal and barely noticeable while we were out exploring. The location exceeded our expectations! The beach is just a minute or two away, surprisingly uncrowded, and felt almost private. Unlike busy Waikiki, it was peaceful, with mostly families around. Downtown Honolulu is about 50 minutes away, so renting a car is recommended, but many attractions are within driving distance. We chose this quieter area over Waikiki and were so glad we did. The price was fantastic! For Oahu, the condo offered incredible value for the ocean views, beach access, and peaceful setting. The condo was a good size for a party of 5, worked very well for our group. There are 3 beds: 2 sofa beds and 1 in a separate bedroom area, all comfortable. The AC kept us cool, and the washer and dryer were very convenient. Full working kitchen. Waking up to gorgeous sunrises, ocean sounds, and the sea breeze was unforgettable. Balcony view of ocean. Don’t let the mixed reviews scare you away! If you want a quiet getaway, beautiful views, beach access, and great value

We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay

Room was solid but a little tight for 4 people. We had everything we needed and didn't stay in the room much so the size didn't matter as much. Easy access to a pretty nice beach and great balcony view to watch the sunrise. Only real downside was road noise which started very early.

Don’t bother. From the rude “check-in” to lack of parking to no working air conditioner, this is the furtherest from “Luxury” I’ve seen. We weren’t informed of ongoing construction until move-in day. The outside was sketchy and dirty. The condo itself was very dated and ill-equipped. Upside, The condo is right on the ocean. We left immediately with no communication from the host.

Perfect location for Laie area attractions.

Condo management was exceptional at communication and making us feel welcome. Great ocean view and beach access. When rennovations are complete this will be a perfect stay in the Laie area.

First and foremost, the building looks like it’s condemned and anyone who spends their hard earned money to stay here should be very well aware of that. As for the interior of the unit that is subpar at best be prepared for the fact that there really is not an actual bedroom. It’s a bed that you have no space to walk around. The location is not great either you are quite a ways away from any of the locations a tourist would want to visit. The only reason I give it any stars at all is because of the ocean view.

We loved this condo on the north shore of Oahu. It had everything we needed for a perfect and relaxing vacation. Falling asleep with the waves crashing right outside and an ocean breeze coming in was the best sleep I’ve gotten in a long time.

Wonderful view of the beach, literally right in front of you. Lovely kitchen, I hadn't planned on cooking but did so instead. Tamura's is only a short drive to the north (a friendly country supermarket) and food trucks about a mile south from us so accessibility is not an issue. The 24/7 security in the property makes the guest have peace of mind avout safety. Katie, our host was very communicative early. She was responsive to any inquiries or concerns. We actually left one of pur laptop bags but we got notified literally 5 minutes after leaving the property so we were able to turn back easily. Good honest people ensuring guests are safe and having a great time. Mahalo.

I was impressed that this room had everything you need for a short stay. Didn’t like that the staff messed up chemicals for the pool and closed it for a whole day.

We were excited to relax on North shore after long travel plans, but just know this is not a “Luxury Condo”. The view was amazing and definitely close to the ocean. This would be the only thing that is right on the advertisement. But it was not clean and there were roaches. I will say that the Manager is amazing and has communicated well from check-in until us leaving a day early. We have been told we will be compensated for the problems as long as we complete a review. So I guess we will see.

Very peaceful out of the way property with super convenient access to the beach. The condo includes all the amenities you could possibly ask for. Including snorkeling gear, beach chairs sand castle toys and many many more. I would highly recommend it
