Luxury Oceanview Punaluu Condo

Ulkouima-allas, puutarha ja ilmainen omatoiminen pysäköinti kuuluvat tämän huoneistorakennuksen palveluihin. Huoneistossa on keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi, uuni, liesi ja mikroaaltouuni. Asiakkaiden käytössä on taulutelevisio, kaapelikanavat sekä pyykinpesukone/kuivausrumpu ja ruokailualue.
Ilmastoiduissa huoneissa on pyykinpesukone/kuivausrumpu ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Huoneessa on lanai. Näissä yksilöllisesti sisustetuissa ja kalustetuissa huoneissa on oleskelualue. Tämän 4 tähden huoneiston huoneissa on keittiö, jossa on täysikokoinen jääkaappipakastin, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja erillinen ruokailualue. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy suihkun ja kylpyammeen yhdistelmä, ilmaiset hygieniatuotteet ja hiustenkuivaaja.

Tämä huoneisto tarjoaa asiakkailleen huonehintaan sisältyvän langattoman internetyhteyden, jonka nopeus on 25+ Mbit/s. 40-tuumainen taulutelevisio, kaapelikanavat. Lisäksi huoneissa on riisinkeitin ja silitysrauta/-lauta.

We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay

We were excited to relax on North shore after long travel plans, but just know this is not a “Luxury Condo”. The view was amazing and definitely close to the ocean. This would be the only thing that is right on the advertisement. But it was not clean and there were roaches. I will say that the Manager is amazing and has communicated well from check-in until us leaving a day early. We have been told we will be compensated for the problems as long as we complete a review. So I guess we will see.

Room was solid but a little tight for 4 people. We had everything we needed and didn't stay in the room much so the size didn't matter as much. Easy access to a pretty nice beach and great balcony view to watch the sunrise. Only real downside was road noise which started very early.

Everybody need to understand this place is getting renovated. So dont expect wow yet. I see potential in this place after its finish. Noise of the construction is not loud at all. Plus we're out most of the time enjoying our vacation. We love the private beach access here. Great for swimming and snorkeling. Katie really help us with our needs. Thank you alot. Overall, this rental served our needs. We were a bit surprised by the description that it is a one bedroom unit, but there was no privacy for that bedroom as only a curtain separated it from the hallway to the bathroom. The kitchen had recently been updated, and was in great shape, and there were plenty of kitchen amenities which were much appreciated. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until a couple days before our arrival that we learned that maintenance occurring on the outside of the building would impact how we got to experience the property. They were sandblasting the outside of the building, preparing it for painting, which meant we never got to use our lanai during the day and had to move furniture from the lanai each morning into the apartment, making the apartment very cramped and crowded for us. No concessions were offered for the inconvenience. When you rent a property with an ocean view, you typically hope to be able to enjoy that view. We were unable to. Communication was great and the views were wonderful. However, the inconveniences that we experienced more very unfortunate.

I would give this property a negative stars if I could. The property has been under construction for years and will be for longer. There are jackhammers going constantly and you can’t even be on the balcony. They won’t tell you in the advertisement. It’s atrocious. We left the unit as soon as we could book elsewhere. They said if I leave a 10/10 review they would refund my money. They did not refund my money at all but rather appeared to have stolen it and rebooked the unit to another unsuspecting guest. I’ve reported them to consumer affairs. At present the complex doesn’t even allow rentals lawfully but there is a pending appeal on that. Do not trust the owner of this unit or their host or the advertising or you’ll be defrauded too.

Condo management was exceptional at communication and making us feel welcome. Great ocean view and beach access. When rennovations are complete this will be a perfect stay in the Laie area.

Cozy stay with great beach access

Well stocked kitchen, location is wonderful. Luxury is a bit of a stretch to describe it. It was cozy and comfortable enough for 2 people. Not sure how up to 6 people could stay there though. We didn’t have any issues or problems other than repair/construction right outside the lanai (but that’s temporary). Cozy is what to expect.

The condo is fantastic. Well stocked with amenities such as beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach bag and towels, hair dyer, curling iron, cloth iron, washer/dyer and more. Parking was easy and grounds clean. Construction wasn't bad except the morning we were leaving it was loud..View of the beach was gorgeous. Communication was through and quick.Would definitely come back.

Overall, the property was great &was just what we needed. Only issue we had was the every weekday, they had "construction" which was actually just workers invading our privacy on a scaffolding going up &down the oceanside of the building. We didn't have curtains for the Lani &while we were resting and eating, the worker actually stopped on our floor, & got on our Lani to scape glass.

We loved this condo on the north shore of Oahu. It had everything we needed for a perfect and relaxing vacation. Falling asleep with the waves crashing right outside and an ocean breeze coming in was the best sleep I’ve gotten in a long time.

DO NOT BOOK here place should be condemned it’s full of mold and rust; ceiling damage from water; advertised as “luxury” far from it. Property is under massive construction which we were only told about 4 days prior to arriving. Workers peering in our room- no window coverings; room dirty and extremely hot. Advertised as a king bed was only a full. Advertised with AC it’s a small unit that doesn’t cool down the room and with no window coverings very hot. Mgmt knew about this construction but never disclosed in the Expedia listing. False advertising. Construction been going on 3 years - extremely frustrated with lack of caring from the mgmt company. We left after 1 night stay it was extremely unsafe with the rust and mold DO NOT STAY worse place we have ever seen ZERO stars Mgmt is aware that unit needs renovation but told us “well we can’t do inside until they finish the outside” we are seeking a full refund paid $2500

Oceanfront Punalu'u condo

This condo has a beautiful view and is well-equipped with everything you might need for your Oahu vacation (kitchen needs, beach chairs, towels, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.). Katie, our host and was friendly, helpful and clearly answered my questions. As noted, the property is undergoing construction. During our time there, the crew was using a jack hammer for a large part of one of our days. Katie let us know that the construction-related noise changes from day-to-day, which was consistent with what we experienced. There was no noise on the weekend and on a few of the weekdays, the noise was minimal. Overall, the condo is perfectly situated for exploring the best Oahu has to offer.

The location was nice, great view and has potential. They are doing some construction/remodeling so maybe the condition of the unit will improve. The property was run down and not very clean. AC consisted of a portable unit that never got the temperature in the unit below 78 degrees. No curtains on the windows so it was very bright for sleeping. Lots of highway noise. Bedroom was so small you couldn’t even walk around the bed, you have to crawl up the bed from the bottom to get in it. Would not stay here again.

Pretty views but small

The space was clean, and the ocean views were amazing. The communication was timely and very helpful. Although it was listed for 6 people, I would not stay with more than 4 people here. We had 4 teenagers with us (so 6 total) and with only one bedroom, the 2 pullout couches in the front room, the space was really tight. There is only one dresser with 5 drawers so with all our luggage it was very crowded. Also I would say that the beach is not for relaxing as there really is no sand space to set out chairs or towels. Overall I think that for a night (or 2 at the most) I would recommend this site but not for more than 4 people.
