Tervetuloa Kobe Cabanaan, 1000 m²: n duplex-loma-asunnolle, joka sijaitsee Havelockin sydämessä Pohjois-Carolinassa. Kobe Cabana sijaitsee Brookstonen alueella, kätevästi Hwy 70: n ja Hwy 101: n ulkopuolella, ja vain muutaman minuutin päässä MCAS Cherry Pointin etuportista. Ihanteellisella paikalla historiallisen New Bernin ja kauniit rannat ja viehättävät Crystal Coastin kaupungit sijaitsevat Atlantin rannalla, Morehead Cityssä, Beaufortissa ja Emerald Islessa. Kobe Cabana on täydellinen paikka perheille, jotka vierailevat rakkaimmillaan MCAS Cherry Pointissa.

Kobe Cabana nukkuu jopa kuusi henkeä, ja niissä on 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on queen-vuode ja vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Makuuhuoneessa on vieressä oleva kylpyhuone, jossa on amme / suihku. Toisessa kylpyhuoneessa on myös amme / suihku. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet.

Nauti täysin varustetusta keittiöstä ja ruokailutilasta, johon mahtuu kuusi (ruokapöydän laajennus), kutsuva oleskelutila, jossa on kaasutakka, ja yksityinen, aidattu takapiha, jossa on pergola, patio, firepit ja BBQ-grilli. Tarjolla on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa yksityisellä ajotiellä.

Sisäänkirjautuminen on klo 16:00. Uloskirjautuminen on klo 11.00.

Olemme Rose & Gary, eläkkeellä oleva USMC-pari, joka on asunut Havelockissa 25 vuotta. Olemme nauttineet dupleximme kääntämisestä kodikkaaksi loma-asunnoksi. Meille pääsee puhelimitse, tekstillä tai sähköpostilla, ja ne ovat saatavilla, jos tarvitset apua.

Asioita tehtävänä:

Havelock sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla lomanviettäjille, jotka ovat kiinnostuneita tutustumaan Itä-Pohjois-Carolina -lajin historiaan, viehätykseen ja seikkailuun. Lyhyen puolen tunnin ajomatkan päässä voit kiertää Pohjois-Carolinan ensimmäistä pääkaupunkia Tryonin palatsissa, nauttien Pepsiä sen syntymäpaikasta, viettämällä päivän varpaiden kanssa hiekkaan, kun pääset lauttamatkalle Cape Lookoutiin tai näkemään villiä hevoset Shacklefordin pankeissa. Ja se on vasta alkua hauskaa, jota alueemme tarjoaa.

Convenient location to Cherry Point, and other areas of interest. This home is well equipped and quiet, very clean. The host is readily available and communicative, and yet it feels very private and quiet. This was not our first stay here, and we'll definitely return!

The home was immaculate! We felt right at home. Perfect place to stay while driving cross country and attending our son’s graduation at Cherry Point. We stayed 9 days at this property and we didn’t have a single issue. The host was always responsive and very kind, she went above and beyond for us! The property had everything you could possibly think of for a long or short term stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, I slept better than I do at home. They have thought of everything you could possibly want or need and provided it. They had a book with great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. My husband worked remotely while there and it was a peaceful place to do that. The nearby beaches are incredible, clean, not overly crowded, and not too far. We might make a trip back just for the beaches alone! We can’t say enough about this stay, it was unquestionably the best place on our cross country road trip! They really have thought of everything. You’d be crazy to not choose this location for your stay in Havelock.

Exceeded expectations

This was one of the nicest places we've stayed at! The home is immaculate, fully stocked with just about anything you can need. We enjoyed the fire pit out back and the neighbors were so friendly! The neighborhood is just a short distance from MCAS for visiting our Marine stationed there. Rose was very quick and detailed in her communication with us! Would highly recommend staying here!

Kobe Cabana was a quaint duplex apartment with all the amenities of home. It was a great place to stay for business travel, yet close enough to surrounding areas for relaxation and leisure. Rose is a great communicator. Greatly enjoyed the stay.

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful space for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything is so well thought out and well stocked. There is attention to detail everywhere you turn. The beds are very comfortable and the towels are so soft.

What a Fantastic Getaway!

My husband and I came to Havelock, NC for a wedding, and this VRBO was in a great location. 15 minutes to Neuse Bridge venue, and within 30 minutes of excellent dining. We had never been to the area, so I asked Rose for her recommendations - she knocked it out of the park with both places for breakfast and dinner! The top factor on our list when we picked a VRBO in the area was being clean and quiet - and Rose's place topped the charts for both of those things. The townhome was so perfectly decorated, immaculately clean, and she even had drinks in the fridge, snacks on the table, and a bottle of wine for us! All of that plus little touches with a note, a welcome sign, etc. (and quite possibly the softest sheets ever) made this experience all the more delightful. If we're ever back in that area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Kobe Cabana. Rose, your property is wonderful...thank you for such an enjoyable weekend!

Marine family visit

This property is amazing. It is, by far, the nicest vacation house we have ever stayed in. It was clean, well kept, and beautifully appointed. The owners were great to work with. They provided us with just about everything we needed, from snacks, drinks and even shampoo. We truly felt welcomed in their home and would definitely stay there again.

Fun Weekend In Havelock

Great place. The neighborhood and photos of the exterior were not exactly the same. However the hosts are great, awesome communicators, and the interior was just like if not better than the pictures. Would definitely stay again and enjoyed the complimentary wine and snacks!

Perfect Stay!

I can't say enough good things about the owners and this property! The owners made this stay absolutely perfect for us. The property is spotless and neighborhood was peaceful and a short distance from the beach. We really did not want to leave. There was wine and snacks there waiting for us when we arrived. The house is decorated tastefully and the owners thought of everything when it comes to the aminities. Thank you so much for a perfect, relaxing stay! We will definitely be back!

Relaxing and quiet

My daughter and I came from Florida to visit her boyfriend in the Marines. We stayed 5 nights total and enjoyed every minute of it. It's a short drive to Atlantic beach and lots of great places to eat. This home was so clean and relaxing and Rose was extremely easy to talk to. Home was stocked with essential items and we enjoyed the stacks, drinks and wine when we arrived. I spent a lot of time in the backyard just listening to the birds and taking it all in. We will be back for sure to stay here again. For sure a 5 star place to stay.

Wonderful visit

I read the reviews of this home prior to booking and was surprised that every review was so great. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and some have been great, but these owners thought of every detail! After we arrived and stayed we quickly realized why there were only 5 star reviews. The home is beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and every detail you could need is taken care of. It is clear they have a gift for hospitality. I am sure we’ll be back to this home in the future!

PERFECT STAY!!

From the moment we walked into the property, we felt at home. Upon opening the door, there was a sign personally greeting me, my husband, mother, and step father. The home was SUPER TIDY, CLEAN, and CUTE CUTE CUTE!! The kitchen was fully stocked with not only pots and pans, but spices, sugar, coffee, oil, syrup, juices, waters. Not only that, a BBQ grill and firepit are provided in the private back yard. It is clear the owners know how to make military families feel welcomed. This was the perfect location as my son is stationed at Cherry Point. We were able to bbq, makes s'mores, and kick for my son. We would have NEVER been able to spend quality family time together like this in a hotel. As my son has a few more years in the Marine Corps, I WILL be staying here again. If my son's father and his wife are able to join, we will be booking the property next door as well. THANK YOU Rose for the wonderful experience.
