”Animal and Environmental harm caused by employees
I recently stayed at Silver Sand Resort on Havelock Island and was deeply disturbed by what I witnessed.
Several times, I saw resort employees throwing rocks at stray dogs that were calm, friendly, and non-aggressive. The island dogs are well accustomed to tourists, and Havelock Island is also widely known to be rabies free.
In one shocking incident, an employee hit a harmless dog with a rock as it walked past the property. The dog cried out...
”The Bathtub water was extremely dirty, and staying here felt like a complete waste of money. From the time of check-in, I reported issues with the Wi-Fi, TV, and telecom services, but none of them were resolved properly. The maintenance staff stayed in the room until almost 12 AM trying to fix the issues, yet the Wi-Fi and TV were still not working.
I also spoke with the manager regarding these concerns, but unfortunately, I did not receive any proper support or assistance. Overall, my personal...

”5 mins walk to radhanagar beach. The staff at the hotel are on top of requests and are attentive. The property is clean but for the price, rooms need a bit of a revamp to brighten up the space. Room service menu too needs an update. ”
