Boating holidays on this unique houseboat - relaxation and adventure, pure nature and city flair. On a boat and yet as comfortable and cosy as at home. The houseboat can accommodate up to 4 people: there is a sleeping cabin with a 140 x 200 double bed and an additional 120 x 200 sofa bed in the living area.



The houseboat is fully equipped with toilet (electric chopper toilet), washbasin, separate shower, kitchenette with sink, two gas hobs and fridge, seating area, built-in wardrobe and a TV. Thanks to the all-round glazing, you can enjoy stunning views of the water and the landscape from anywhere in the houseboat! The special highlights of the houseboat await you in the outdoor area: the stern terrace is equipped with a modern outdoor kitchen with fridge, hobs and sink, so that you can cook and eat in the fresh air in good weather. From the stern of the houseboat, an external staircase leads up to the roof, where a wonderful roof terrace extends over the entire living area.



Mobility is provided by a powerful 60 hp outboard motor. An inland boating licence is mandatory, otherwise a charter licence must be obtained for a fee in a 3-hour instruction course on site. For reasons of safety on the water alone, it is recommended that you only hire the houseboat if you are in possession of a boating licence.



Additional costs are incurred due to petrol consumption and, if applicable, a mandatory extended skipper's liability insurance policy. A deposit must be paid to the owner prior to arrival. This property does not participate in the small claims concept. The skipper is fully liable for any damage to the rented property that exceeds the amount of the deposit. At the various guest moorings you will receive information about the respective sights and restaurants in the vicinity.



In the event of extreme soiling due to dog hair or other pets, an extra cleaning fee will be charged on site.
