In the West-Havelland Nature Park, your floating wooden house is ready for you without a licence.



Look forward to a slow-paced holiday in the midst of nature reserves full of water birds and small bays to linger and listen.



You can choose between spacious lake landscapes with idyllic bays for swimming and sunbathing, take a detour to Brandenburg via the enchanted old Stadthavel, or follow the course of the Havel to picturesque Rathenow with its Bismarck Tower and BUGA site.



The houseboat can accommodate up to 3 people: there is a separate bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a fold-down sofa bed (120x200 cm) in the living area.



The houseboat is fully equipped with WC, washbasin, shower, kitchenette with sink, gas hob, fridge and TV. The boat impresses with its cosy ambience and individual furnishings.



The electricity is generated sustainably via a solar system, supplies you with 230 V and makes you completely independent.



Enjoy stunning sunsets from the very large terrace, which you can shade with an awning. A bathing ladder allows you to safely get back into the boat from the cool water at any point.



The 15 hp boat does not require a licence, but you will receive instruction. It is relatively easy to drive, but also has very special driving characteristics when mooring and in windy conditions. We recommend a longer familiarisation trip (50), especially if you have never driven a houseboat before.



Additional costs arise from petrol consumption. The costs vary depending on driving behaviour. A deposit of 1000.00 must be paid to the owner before arrival.
