”I found the bed to be inadequate to sleep comfortably. I don't know if it was too soft or the lower metal frame that was flexing like a metal can, but I could not find a comfortable spot and I slept across the top of the bed where the pillows usually are. I did these 2 nights and then left; the staff were nice but the bed was terrible”

”Nice value hotel. Beware that price does not include a small “destination fee”. Annoying.”

”We were tired from driving; this was the perfect place to rest and wakeup with a great breakfast and fast friendly service.”

”As soon as you enter the building, there is an overwhelming sewer smell. The man at the desk was not at all friendly. I am used to staying at the cheapest motels I can find and don't expect much, but the smell was hard to endure.”

”Ac made a terrible noise. Button in elevator broken. Cover for ac controls just fell off in my hand. Remote control for tv didn’t work. Room had an unpleasant smell. Hotel was dated and unkept. ”

”The building is pretty run down, which is fine for the price. But there was a lot of attention to detail missing that you would find at any other Super8. They could have turned the heater on before renting out the room. The coffee pot at breakfast was empty, snd there were only stale muffins and yogurt to eat. No one was actually staffing the front desk—you had to call for help. It just didn’t feel like a hotel that anyone cared about. ”

”The pictures show a hot tub but there isn’t one, it was apparently removed. I chose this hotel because of hot tub, need to do better with advertising.”

”Fresh breakfast with a variety of things. No hot tub, and a smaller pool. Pool area was clean. ”

”Parking is easy and breakfast is great. The bathroom and rooms overall are a bit dated but still serviceable. Location is very close to all of downtown Newton”
