”We had a family wedding in Beverly and needed a pet friendly House as we have 2 dogs that go everywhere with us. The House was great, plenty of room for all of us, very roomy, and comfortable rooms , comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning as it was a scorcher one day, so close to everything, parks, stores, Salem Center, coffee shops, restaurants, and the wedding venue. Meg, property owner was incredible, stopped by to meet us, made sure we got in OK. Just a great get-away for all of us....

”The property is nice, the shower water pressure amazing, the decorations are adorable. Spooky theme but not scary. The beds were comfy and the air conditioners kept us cool during the 100 degree weather. I was able to walk to has station for snacks and found a great bakery down the street, recommend the bizmark any flavor. Also there is a nice little italian restaurant god take out by Collins Beach. We could have walked to Salem for the shipping but was too hot. We found it close to Salem so...

”This place is a little piece of heaven. Everything about it was wonderful. Fully furnished suite with everything you need away from home. Toaster, wine glasses, washer dryer. Everything. One block from an awesome beach and a two minute walk from the Boardwalk. The place was clean, safe and quiet. And dog friendly. My dog loved the deck and was a little busy body watching everything going on. Will most definately stay again. ”

”Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved how there was a door from living to bedroom, made it quieter when going to sleep. The condo is on the first floor which is a plus. Very rare to have basic cable, my BF and I enjoy watching the news and having coffee and breakfast in the morning!..2 burners to cook was great!!!”

”The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee looking at the ocean. We'd sit out there at night with the ocean breeze looking at all the lights along the blvd. The owner sent a welcome text with information on the unit and things to do around Hampton. We had a very pleasing experience.”

”Really enjoyed our stay. The property is walking distance to all sites and Salem amenities. The property manager company certainly went “all in” with the decor! They were also generous with foods available (coffee, etc) in the apartment.We suggest stopping at a proper grocery store prior to arrival however, because there is a bit of a food desert around the house (more convenience shopping than groceries)Thank you for making us feel welcome”

”The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”

”There were a few issues with the apartment regarding cleanliness, but the property manager was great and said he’d address it for future guests. Hopefully that’s the case. Unfortunately, the issues were not something that could be addressed easily during my 1-night stay, so I had to deal with it. I did try to find availability elsewhere for the night but could not find a local vacancy.”
