”The rooms were nice with tall ceilings. However, the tall ceilings meant it was built with little insulation between floors. Yes, that means every step your upstairs neighbor took pounded through to your room below. I would suggest a top floor room, if that is an option. It's also concerning that the price of the room was 50% higher than a room outside of Philly or Boston for similar hotel (in one case both hampton's). This shouldn't be the case for Buffalo, but it fit our driving schedule...

”The worst experience ever, don’t book here if you looking for a place the you can secure, first thing when I walk in the room bed was not properly fitted so i knew someone used when i walk in the bathroom was pop in the toilet. I spoke with the receptionist and tell her that I want the room to be clean and she ask me for a minute to find someone to clean it, when I came back they clean the toilet but keep the bed in the same condition. ”The breakfast WAS a Monday morning. Very disappointing. We don’t usually stay over after the weekend. Weekend breakfasts are good.”

”The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, and its budget friendly. There is also a free coffee machine and snacks at the check in office. But, its an old motel and the rooms are a little smelly. The rooms are non-smoking but people smoke right outside the rooms and all that smoke gets through the vents when the AC is running. ”Clean”

”I booked a room, when I showed up they charged me again and said they would fix it. I am now in a dispute through my credit card company. The air conditioner unit barely worked, air wasn't cold. The window was unable to close all the way leaving a crack all night long on ground level making me nervous someone would break in. The inner 2 curtains had holes and tears in it and didn't cover the window so I always had the ability to see outside. The carpets were vacuumed but looked worn out. The...
