”Blood and black hair on the bed. Not cleaned obviously. Not offered a refund, discount or new room. Disgusting.”

”Staff were great, the view amazing! The room was not very clean, the kitchen floor had stuck food on it, fridge dirty, oven dirty, wrapper on the floor by the sink so it couldn’t have been swept even. The round table had a ring under the chairs of dust and dirt as if the chairs were never pulled out and cleaned underneath. All this led me to believe the bathrooms weren’t cleaned which leads to an unpleasant over all stay. The resort said they would send in someone but we were out during the time...

”The property is very nice and clean and close to lots of shops and stores and places to eat. The staff was nice and always had time to answer questions. Breakfast was good loved the coffee and bagels the best.”

”Everything was wonderful, except we paid to have a lake view and both windows had broken seals. This means they were fogged up and had condensation between the panes. The left one wasn’t bad and we could still enjoy the view, so we didn’t raise a stink. But still… The other issue is that, for us, the bed was not comfortable. You could feel the crossbar through the mattress. Bottom line, the staff, and the ambiance erased any of the issues, and we will likely book again the next time we go to...

”The front desk staff were very sweet and accommodating with making our stay the best however the property atmosphere and cleanliness is the reason we wont stay again. The room was tidy and on the cleaner side however the AC unit was terrible, made the room hot/humid vs cooler and the bathroom reeked of urine. The building hall/stairwells were the deal breaker. The smell is beyond terrible, the carpet looks like it hasnt been vacuumed in years. Photos and some of reviews are deceiving. 10/10...

”This property is very beautiful. We loved everything about it, and despite it being pretty busy, it was quiet and peaceful. Our only issue is that we had a lot of luggage for a very long trip across multiple states and there wasn't a whole lot of luggage storage in our room. Breakfast at the property in the morning was lovely and we enjoyed sitting in the living room and on the huge porch to read and enjoy the sunshine. ”The room was clean and comfortable and overlooked the canal. The restaurant was good. We had dinner there and the food was good but a bit expensive. The outside patio was great. We sat by the fire in the evenings, right next to the lake, and watched the boats going through the lift bridge. We had a really nice time and would go back.”
