”The access code for the outside door was not clearly stated in the material sent (unclear if the access code was supposed to open both outer door or room door) We had to access customer support and they were VERY kind and extremely patient. Make sure you leave time in the am for the little breakfast with pastries and coffee. Other guests were quiet and almost reverent of the beautiful space. The decor was charming!”

”Traveled with my wife and 2 year old daughter. Hotel provided a crib before we arrived. Room was spotless and stocked with appropriate amenities. Breakfast was good. No complaints at all.”

”Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The room and the common areas were clean and welcoming. Parking was handy. Staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. This is our second stay at this facility, and we will definitely stay here again when in Duluth. The only negative observation I will make is that the breakfast was the weakest aspect of our stay. The hot items were barely warm. Staff did not seem to be present to answer questions or assure that hot items remained hot.”

”The evening staff upon check in was lovely and helpful. The room had some things previously spilt on the floor. There was chew on top of the shower surrounding. There was a metal bar extending out from under the bed. Bed was comfortable - bedding was questionable. The morning desk staff was very busy on her cell phone and did not want to be interrupted.”
