-Max 6 Adults - top bunk beds suitable for children only.

-Pets under 10Kg welcomed, cannot accommodate for larger pets due to small courtyard/garden and no grassed area.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.

-Garage not available for guests, street parking only.

-Strict no party or function policy.

-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.

-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.
