”Parking was great, wifi worked well. Room was nice and clean just had a bit of an odd smell. But nonetheless had a great stay.”

”Found dead flies in the beds and the sheets were stained. I would not expect much from an inexpensive room but I do expect it to be clean.”

”Everything was clean and comfortable the host at the desk was kind, helpful and friendly. Only issues the ice and soda vending room had no vending machines. Cleaning staff left my door open by about and inch or two and thankfully all was well. I would stay there and recommend it to friends, especially it was the only one that actually stood by its online policy for pricing " You pay what you see! " Which included the tax. 👍”

”We had a great time here. It is convenient spot and right next to the slopes. You have your own kitchen and separate bedroom. The hot tub (outside) and heated pool was a plus. We would definitely come back to this place. ”

”The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. ”

”This was a grand old mansion that was well cared for. The room was lovely, warm and comfortable. There was one other couple staying but we never saw them. The morning breakfast bar was more than adequate and the coffee was delicious. There were several sitting rooms on the first floor which were sunny and relaxing. Parking was right behind the house and keyless entry worked very well. This was a lovely location and I wish we had more time to stay there.”

”This was a fun and comfortable place to stay. We were impressed by the size of the cabins as well as their construction. Staff was friendly and the check in/out process easy. A great place to bring kids. ”

”Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff accommodated a request to change rooms after check-in as we discovered there was someone next door who was constantly on the phone speaking loudly in a voice that carried on something business related. Relocating us was very appreciated.”

”The place is very centrally located and there's parking in the front. There's a brewery on the ground floor that serves great beer and pizza and has live music. The walls in the rooms are not soundproof at all so not ideal for light sleepers. The live music is until 10-10.30 pm and after that it gets quieter. There's a nice fireplace in a shared space on the ground floor next to the bar. The rooms are very small. They are relatively clean. There's no staff on the hotel. It's self check in. ”
