”We have nothing but the best things to say about our stay. Location was perfect…right in the Medina but absolutely silent at night for the best nights sleep we had on our trip. The staff at the hotel was so wonderful and the in-house breakfast was delicious and made with such care. Every recommendation made by staff was top tier, and our room was gorgeous. Don’t hesitate to choose to spend your trip to Rabat at this 5-star accommodation.”

”The room was clean and comfortable, but there were some ants in the bathroom. We've had that in other places and it wasn't a concern to us. The staff was very helpful. We asked them to do some of our laundry which was convenient, but it was expensive compared to doing it in a laundromat. The location is very good for seeing most of the sites in Rabat. It's quiet and close to places to buy meals. Our only issue was that the air conditioning wasn't as good as we would have liked. It was hot while...

”The property is in good location for almost everything a tourist need. Lots of restaurants at walking distance. Next to Rabat Ville train station and an ATM right outside the property. The front desk is very helpful but still need some improvement for English speaking. The breakfast place does not have a lot of selections. No food labels. Salad bar does not have dressing nor olive oil. It's okay not bad at all.”

”My stay at the Braat hotel was fabulous ! The cleanliness, the upkeep and the staff were amazing, super friendly! I was well taken care of during my stay, no complaints! My friend at room service was great young man who was attentive to me during my entire stay, the gentleman who brought little treats EVERY night was so lovely. The staff at the lobby, the cleaning crew ALL great! I actually miss the hotel, but it’s definitely my go to from now on when I visit to Rabat! Plus it’s well located for...

”At this price point, it's disappointing that you have to pay extra to have decent wifi.
At the Spanish restaurant, the food is good, but at Dinner service, it gets busier, and the staff and kitchen struggle to handle it. During off-peak hours, it works fine.
The room service food was a bit disappointing for the price, and I would expect the dishes to bring the same ingredients as described on the menu.
Overall, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very polite and helpful.”
