”The property is as listed on the site. However the parking details are vague to say the least. We ended up parking in what I’m sure was the wrong car park but we weren’t given tickets or reprimanded by anyone.
The major downside was the fact there was no hot water other than the electric showers. I mean NO hot water. The site were told at the 1st opportunity and their response was to turn on all circuit breakers. A. as an electrician myself you shouldn’t really be advising someone who as...

”Was a little apprehensive on the stay here after only paying £33 fit myself and grandson. I needn’t of been. Yes the place is dated but it was clean, no smells and the bed was comfortable, and there was extra pillows in the room. Tea, coffee facilities were good too. We didn’t go into the bar area. Will defo stay again. Only downside was the reception staff, not overly friendly however I did arrive just as she was eating food.”

”Nice walking distance to Emsworth railway station. Staff friendly and helpful.
An old building which is more of an Inn than a hotel.
Car park is monitored by ANPR system. Patrons of the bar must register their vehicles at the bar (cannot return in less than 2 hours). Hotel guests register when they check in - not aware of any time restrictions.
No breakfast facilities available so I suggest a list of nearby cafes that can offer this being provided.”

”We stayed one night at the hotel. It was easy to find and had a good car park. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got information of restaurants nearby where we could have dinner. It was a 15 minute walk to the nearest restaurants. The room was quite small, but had all we needed. The breakfast was tasty :) ”
