”The woman at the front desk when we checked in was very rude to a person on the phone. She checked herself when talking to us. All the other staff were extremely nice and helpful. I kept stepping on something on our room carpet. It was dark and I could not see what it was. It could have been vacuumed better. The bed was comfortable. ”

”The staff were friendly and welcoming. I frequently travel with my two dogs. This was the first hotel that made an effort to make me feel as if dogs were welcome. The person who checked me in asked me to fill out a card asking for dogs names and gave me a door hanger letting cleaning staff know that dogs were in room. She also gave us a room close to nearest door to pet relief area. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!”

”The room was spacious and it was comfortable in every way. Left too early for the breakfast but they looked like they had a lot of choices. Would stay again ”

”This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was so clean, nice, and had very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel for families and people with pets. It was the perfect stop for a long roadtrip. ”

”Property is so run down. Bathtub had been painted and paint was peeling off everywhere. Water in tub didn't drain. Veneer on bathroom door was broken and jagged, furniture looked like it had been through a war and room smelled musty mixed with stale cigarette smell. The one positive was the staff but we would never stay here again!”

”Checked in on 2/18/26, front desk was super nice. But we soon discovered bedbugs. Didn't want to believe the worst, but a Google image search with our magnified photos confirmed multiple individual bugs at various stages in their life cycle—an established population that didn’t magically appear when we arrived. ”El personal y el área están horribles hice una reservación quería que la cancelara y le pagara en efectivo y se negaba a entrarme la reservación que ya tenía aparta tuve que cancelar. El personal muy grosero y prepotente. No lo recomiendo ”
