The Space:

The Peninsula Lakehouse — the newest chapter in the 5RK Ranch Lakeside legacy! Originally part of our family’s Kobzy Tool Company estate until 1991, this 4BR / 2.5 bathroom / ~2,900 square foot waterfront home has returned home. Positioned as the private book-end of our exclusive 20-acre Round Lake peninsula, it offers guests 240 ft of your own sandy shoreline, a private swim dock with room for securing multiple boats and sweeping lake views with sunrise & sunsets all summer long! Guests will experience a perfect shoreline elevation with virtually no stairs or steep slopes -- and easy access to the full 3,294-acre Round Lake and that it has to offer..



Peninsula Lakehouse details: Sleeps 8–10 in quiet comfort with private rooms for 8+ adults including a bunk room shared by 4 single adults or kids. The lower-level bunk room is comprised of 2 trundle day-beds that each conveniently offer 2-twin size mattress' (1 hidden/pulled out from under the other) that in total can provide short-term sleeping accommodations for up to 4 young kids or young adults. Vaulted wood-beam ceilings, dramatic stone fireplaces, walls of windows, a fully remodeled gourmet kitchen (Bluestar range + granite), expansive great room with lakeside dining, screened porch, and lakeside decks.



This lake house is ideal for smaller families, couples --- or as the perfect add-on capacity for larger groups that need more space than The Lodge and/or Lakeside #1 alone.



At its heart, 5RK Ranch Lakeside is a mindfulness-inspired lake house experience. Days begin with coffee on the water, unfold at an unhurried pace, and end beneath star-filled skies. Guest Access:

Upon booking your stay at the 5RK Ranch Lakeside, the primary point of contact (Booking Guest) of a Guest group will be sent pre-arrival communications thru the channel used to originally book the reservation



Pre-arrival communications will include a cloud-based link to access the 5RK Ranch Lakeside GUESTAPP that is a repository of important information, guidance, and recommendations including the specific rental agreement, house rules / guidelines, and other valuable information with the intention of providing Guests and amazing 5RK Ranch Lakeside experience!!!
