”Superb value for money, fabulous location as only a couple of stops on the train (3 min walk to station) and we were Brighton. Parked for free on links road. We had the en suite, which was a massive room & comfy bed. Only thing was bathroom blind needs replacing (for privacy) and shower thermostat wasn’t easy to change (went too hot) apart from that - brilliant base for exploring area/Brighton. We loved our stay thanks!”

”Have to check in next door at the pub. Parking permits for the street are available for 24hrs at £10. No hair dryer in the room. Did have fans in the room but they just made noise rather than blow air. TV remote didn't work so we were stuck on one channel with an info box on the screen. ”For a business overnight stay just ok, not suitable for a couple or long stay, evening meal pub only, I took my own breakfast. Parking is allocated .”

We did ask if there was a bar or somewhere we could get a drink but no. Had to use the toilet from the side for fear of going through the floor. ”For what you pay it’s extremely decent especially considering it is right on the seafront. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room itself was clean. The only downside is that even with the windows open there was no airflow but nothing can really be done for that. The shared bathroom was a little bit grubby but not bad.”
