”Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. We had to call the front desk to ask if...

”I couldn’t be happier with my stay. Everything was perfect and I love the train theme of the inn. The inn is very clean and the accommodations were excellent. The Steaming Tender restaurant located within easy walking distance from the inn will not disappoint and is a must see. The restaurant is located in the old train station and has been masterfully restored. The food is very good and the atmosphere is spot on if you’re a fan of trains. These places should be on your list of things to check...

”Checkin took 20 minutes to even begin as extended stay left me on hold in a lobby and then hung up after leaving me on hold for 12 minutes. Then had to call back and start the whole process again. Once I got someone onsite it was great but 20 minutes of sitting on a lobby at 11pm trying to check in really ruined my stay”

”Parking was good, right in front of my room. The place needs some updating, but it was very clean. The shower curtain was dirty at the bottom and blew in to stick to my skin. Lots of highway noise, to be expected for the location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It was fine for one night for one person not wanting to spend much. No bugs, no fights in other rooms. Staff was excellent. ”

”Staff extremely helpful . As I was exhausted from work ,and facing a blizzard . Staff helped me get checked in, helped me get doors opened , they gave me room next to my car. Very peaceful night sleep before returning to my job for 1 st shift . We in medical field don’t get snow days and a peaceful sleep was a god send thank you ! ”
