I reserved a room this past weekend and let’s just say that I will never return! I specifically booked a room with a jacuzzi tub, as I always do at every hotel that I stay at. Upon checking in, the female employee behind the counter was extremely unfriendly and acted like I was inconveniencing her. She asked what my name was and flipped through a couple of papers and proceeded to put my reservation paper in front of me to sign. She didn’t ask for my license or anything, which I found very strange. As we opened the door and stepped into our room, we are immediately hit with the stitch of mold! I immediately walk over to the a/c to turn the temp down a little because it was kind of warm and I notice all the mold through the air vents. That should have been my first red flag, but because this was the only room with the jacuzzi tub, we figured that we would just stick it out. I walk into the bathroom to find an empty roll of toilet paper sitting on top of the towel rack, but NO toilet paper to be found. Then I notice that there is literally ONE towel TWO washcloths and a bathmat. I immediately walked down to the front desk and ask “Miss personality” if I could please have a roll of toilet paper and 2 towels and you would have thought that I had asked her to run a mile with the way she seemed so “put out” by having to walk to the storage area where everything is kept. She hands them to me & I say “thank you” & receive no response. I will finish my review w/ another one to follow

Average hotel with basic breakfast. No hot water for showers and the shower door wouldn't stay shut. Expensive price for what you get. We stayed as a halfway to Naples. We should have driven straight through.

We were told that dogs were allowed on the property when we booked this site and staff was not accommodating. So we had to drive our dogs to our family's home in the area and return to sleep.

Room was relatively clean, however there were ants in the bathroom and the water had a very strong sulfuric smell. I was almost afraid to shower with it. Complimentary bottled water would have been nice. Marker on door was missing and written in with pen(?). Breakfast was included and was decent. Terrible experience
No hot water for a shower multiple mornings. Hotel staff unresponsive. Rarely even at the front desk. Manager absent and unresponsive, even after multiple requests. Corporate office claimed the hotel manager had to resolve the issue. I had never stayed at a Best Western before and will not again. Problems happen, and they should be handled properly. Exceptionally poor customer service even with calm and patient requests. I will be back to the area and will stay somewhere else even though I will drive a little further.

I made a reservation for this property because of its convenient location to a family gathering. It was easy to find. Dining options were close by. The hotel is very clean. The rooms, lobby, breakfast area were very clean and attractive. The breakfast was outstanding! A lot of choices including hot items. Fresh juices, excellent coffee. The staff kept items hot, fresh and stocked! When we arrived, about 7:30 PM, no one was at the front desk, but our room keys and check in slip were on the front desk, with a note stating to sign in. I was glad, at first, because we were tired, and wanted to go to our room, however upon further thought, anyone could have taken our keys and helped themselves! Most times, day and night, passing the front desk, no one was there, which was odd and felt unsafe. The room was very clean and attractive. We had 2 queen beds and one was soft and one was firm. There were many, many feather pillows available, too. The sheets were soft, clean and the comforters were exceptionally comfortable. The room thermostat worked very well. We like a cold room and the air conditioner worked perfectly and consistently. The TV was large and easy to operate. The bathroom was lovely, clean and the shower was extraordinary. Large clean, glass doors, hot water and perfect water pressure. The furniture in the room had several dings and worn places, however the floors were very clean and lighting was great. In room fridge worked well, no microwave.

I had room 309. Night stand plugs were smash in. The tv controller was inoperable. A/c was out for a couple hours recirculating my the same air. The door didn’t kick when leaving unless you lifted on the door to help it engage the lock. The property was renovated recently but abused. Probably no maintenance. No room service except to empty garbage (not a big surprise but if you’re in there for a while…). At least in room 309 it was the worst. Then I had a stay booked with Travelocity until Monday. Inexplicably they checked me out Sunday with my stuff in the room and I was locked out. Staff fixed the problem but gave me small discount for the day I already booked for Monday. Staff was receptive and polite

Woke up to a soaked floor and some reason the hotel refunded my money but Expedia is telling me they couldn’t reach the hotel to confirm but hotel said they did speak with someone and the time which is the same time Expedia said they couldn’t get ahold of anyone!

Unfortunately, my stay was not comfortable and very disappointing. The curtains on my window did not pull back all the way, exposing my room at night. The A.C unit leaked the whole time, making the floor wet. And on top of that, the hot tub in my room leaked profusely! I had to request more towels because not only was my floor already wet from the A.C unit, but now there were about 2 inches of water filling up my whole room. What a mess. The shower doors also did not stay closed. They would slide open each time I would try to close them. It was like the room was tilted? All in all, horrible experience and I will not stay with this hotel franchise ever again.

Inconvenient stay
Throughout my 2 nights stay, i never received a room key. I was told, while checking in, that they were working to resolve the situation, but it never was. The evening receptionist was truly helpful, yet overworked having to let people into their rooms. And to receive no compensation, or even a complimentary anything for the inconvenience, was disappointing!
