”Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay for us. The bathroom was not in good condition, and the TV was not working during our visit. The front desk staff were very kind and genuinely tried to help by finding us another room, but unfortunately they were unable to accommodate the change. We appreciate their effort and customer service, but overall this was the hotel where we felt the least comfortable and where we wanted to spend the least amount of time. We hope these issues can be addressed...

”We frequent this resort. The Riverview and spacious pool and courtyard are breathtaking and relaxing. The staff is excellent and the rooms are always clean and very comfortable. Our only requests would be outside maintenance needs some updating probably due to storm damage. And a microwave in the rooms as a added amenity would be nice.”

”Really weird ,charged me upfront,xharfed depositand didn'tsay about it . Didn't want to give me the recite when checking out. Said,deposit will be returned by my bank in 5 business days!- what my bank has to do with it i don't understand. I am not coming back. Watch your bill.”

”Only 15 min away from Coquina beach. Lots of restaurants near by and a Walmart next to it.”

”Room was not as promised, shower was like taking a shower in a pool as it would not drain, beds were very old and uncomfortable. It was a place to sleep is how my family looked at it.”

”Great price for an overnight stay. Very convenient location…6 mins from SRQ. Cute room with 60’s vibe. Comfy bed and a nice shower with good water pressure. Tons of choices for local eats and entertainment. Didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the pool area, but it looked like a cool tiki setting. I’d definitely recommend this accommodation.”
