”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Room assigned had shower that leaked all over bathroom floor. Front desk placed us in another room next day with no problem. I realized 2 days later that I didn’t have a pair of shoes. I went front desk again thinking I either forgot them from home or just left them in room we moved from. They had housekeeping check and found my shoes! All staff very helpful.”

”We stayed over Father’s Day weekend. It was alot of people to the point on Saturday night we didn’t have parking. We didn’t know we had to pay for parking when checking in. Which was an additional $17/day. The breakfast staff were amazing very friendly & welcoming. We loved going to the pool but it’s no lifeguard on duty so be careful sending your children to the pool without you. No microwave in the room we stayed in so had to go to the lobby to warm food. The room was clean so that’s a plus....

”Stayed for a few days while travelling. I booked the room almost three months prior but on the morning of the check in I got a call saying they no longer had the room I had reserved, but would downsize my room but not receive any compensation. We realized after we got there that they had taken our room to give to a large group of people who had showed up day of and wanted rooms all in a row. The shuttle driver was just grumpy when we asked him if he could get us at the Rental car area. We will not stay here again. Marriott execs should look at this property and clean it up.”
