”Overall an alright stay. Rooms are comfortable but the ones facing the street are noisy due to traffic and partying during the weekend. Staff present only in the morning. Good breakfast options i. e. not only English breakfast.”

”Our family of 5 loved staying at this property in tge beautiful Hebden Bridge. Fabulous, quirky location on the side of a very, very steep cobbled road. We were fortunate to find parking at the bottom of the hill not far from the house. It is a bit of an effort lugging suitcases up the hill but it is so worth it!Not the place for those with mobility issues though.House was lovely and had everything we needed and only a few minutes walk into town.Highly recommend!”

”2 couples stayed for a few days to explore Hebden Bridge and surrounding area. The house is beautiful and typical of the area with good size well decorated rooms. A lovely big bathroom and good kitchen. No outside space to speak of but we sat in the small yard one afternoon. The lounge is great but could do with another arm chair to make it more comfortable for 4 adults and a couple of folding chairs for the yard would be handy. ”Very strict policies. Don't arrive early. Don't arrive late. Also be prepared for a long lecture about your duties and responsibilities as a paying customer. I don't think I've ever felt so stressed about staying at a hotel. I actually felt the need to take photos of all surfaces and rooms before check-out just to be prepared for the much advertised spot-checks. The funny thing is that with all the emphasis on guest-cleanliness there was a smell of mildew at the elevators and bathrooms, cobwebs...
