The Space:

Welcome to your mountain retreat in beautiful Heber City. Thoughtfully designed for families and groups, this spacious five-bedroom townhome offers multiple levels of living, providing plenty of room to gather together while also allowing everyone their own private space. Conveniently located in Kamas, just minutes from Park City, Deer Valley, Jordanelle Reservoir, and the endless outdoor recreation of the Wasatch Mountains, this home is the perfect basecamp for every season!



First Floor – Entry & Bunk Room



As you enter the home, you'll be welcomed by a spacious entryway with plenty of room to store coats, boots and gear after a day of adventure. Located on the the first floor is a comfortable bunk room with an ensuite tub/shower bathroom, making it an ideal space for younger or older members of the family or group!



Second Floor – Main Living Area



The heart of the home is located on the second floor, where an open-concept layout creates the perfect gathering place for family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen features everything needed to prepare meals, whether you're making a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes or enjoying a family dinner after a day of exploring. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area provides comfortable seating for shared meals and game nights (with the many provided games!) Or, step outside onto the private patio to enjoy fresh mountain air, morning coffee, or an evening beverage while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The inviting living room offers comfortable seating (including a massage chair!) centered around a warm, cozy atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing with a movie, sharing stories from the day's adventures, or simply unwinding together. For those who prefer to cook with fire, there is a propane grill and a smoker on the back patio!



Also located on this level is the spacious primary suite, providing a comfortable private retreat with an en-suite bathroom that features a bidet-toilet, walk-in shower with a large closet. A convenient half bathroom is available for guests, and the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer makes extended stays easy and convenient.



Third Floor – Guest Bedrooms



The third floor offers three additional well-appointed guest bedrooms. The secondary master features an ensuite bathroom while the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Each of the upstairs bathrooms feature tub/shower combinations.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire three-story home with the exception of an owner's lockout closet in the garage. These locations are where the owners store their gear for seasonal usage.

Nestled in the beautiful mountains only a few minutes from downtown Park City, The Retreat at Jordanelle offers a lovely, brand-new area with gorgeous homes, incredible views, and unbeatable luxury. Guests with reservations will enjoy access to the clubhouse that features a pool, gym and entertainment space! Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city while staying in a quiet, private townhome only a 10 minute drive to Main Street and the ski resorts. This area is the perfect place for a fantastic vacation any time of year.



Getting Around:

While this home isn't close to any mass transit stops, the location is perfect for a passing by ride-share. Or remove the need for another party and rent a car knowing a private garage will keep it safe and dry.



Other Things to Note:

At Wasatch Homes and Land Property Management, we provide all paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, soaps, detergents, and coffee for our guests. It's our pleasure to alleviate the need for a grocery run for those to get in late and those who just want to show up and enjoy the space!



The newly opened Black Rock Ridge Resort and Hotel is right down the street and offers restaurants, a spa and fantastic places to spend an evening close to the rental. There is a restaurant and a bar located inside of the building that are highly recommended.



Interaction with Guests:

While we expect everything to be perfect for our guest prior to arrival, there are unforeseen circumstances sometimes out of our control! Luckily, we are located not far from this property and can be available if and when needed!
