In the winter, there are great views of the Jordanelle lake. This first floor with beautiful views of the lake, is surrounded by Aspen trees in a private setting. The lake has boating, sailing or paddle boarding out your backdoor. The drive from the Salt Lake Airport is about 45 min on all freeway. No Stoplights!

Inside you will find a nicely remodeled unit with new furniture, flooring, and appliances, The Master bedroom with attached bath has a new Queen bed and views of the Aspen trees and the lake. It also has a wall mounted Smart TV.
The second bedroom also has a new Queen bed and views of the Lake. The 2nd bath is adjacent to the bedroom. This bath includes a combination tub/shower.
The living area includes a comfortable Queen pull-out couch, two leather recliners and a nice LG 42 Inch Smart TV and a gas fireplace that you turn on via the wall mounted switch.
Off of the family room, there is a deck with a brand new Weber propane BBQ including an extra tank and 2 very comfortable chairs.
Also in the main living area is a dining table that seats 4 plus there is room for 2 more at the Breakfast bar. The nicely remodeled kitchen is well stocked with all the stainless steel appliances and cooking items you need.
