”This hotel is by the beautiful Kaneohe bay. It offers free breakfast and parking. The rooms are spacious and clean. If you want stay away from the Waikiki huzzle and dont't mind about roosters, this place is for you. We loved our stay.”
”This is a convienient hotel in Downtown Honolulu. Some of the best restsursntd in thr state are two blocks from the Hotel.

”I must start off by saying this is the second time I stay here and I love this hotel! I love how you can easily walk to Wakiki beach , very safe , quiet , and spacious! Friendly staff. We had a stove , counter ,microwave ,full size fridge in our room , and huge closet space , and a nice size back porch. ABC store right across the street! ”The breakfast was great! There was a waffle machine, yougurt with toppings, 3 options of juice, sausage, eggs and potatoes/rice! The facilities were clean , so was the pool. Bring plenty of toiletries tho! Parking is 42+ /day. Would still stay here again! Staff was awesome!”
”We expected a bit more of this hotel. The staff was not very friendly and not flexible at all. They were very strict about not giving the room us before 3pm and not showing any empathy for us who had been awake 24 hours after a flight. The parking was also very expensive, 28$ per night.
The location was good and the housekeeping did their job well. However the room was quite outdated and in a need of a proper facelift.”

”The location was great and the cafe downstairs was very good for breakfast. However, we didn’t get the room (with 2 beds) that we booked and paid for for the first night as we arrived later in the evening. Had to change rooms in the following morning with quite a lot of hassle and the staff didn’t quite do what they promised upon arrival. Also, we had couple of very big cockroaches in our bathroom that we ended up killing ourselves, which wasn’t nice. Hotel only cleans rooms every 5 days so that...
”This a charming and beautiful old building. The individual rooms and common spaces are inviting, and sitting on the lanai with a view of Honolulu is wonderful! The owners provide a simple but filling breakfast and a coffee station and fridge near the sleeping quarters. All staff were welcoming and receptive to questions. If you’re looking for accommodation away from the Waikiki area, or near UH, this is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again! ”

The only downside is that the resort is a bit old and could use some renovation – for example, the doors, through which the wind could be heard at night, creating unpleasant noises.
