”The location was very good. I walked everywhere. Great communication and service. They even let me do my laundry one day which was super helpful because I still had 3 more weeks of travelling. My place was cleaned daily and there was lots of room to put my stuff out for the week. I would definitely stay here again.”

”This hotel is located in a narrow street filled with several bars and restaurants. It is perfect if you would like to go out to eat. But the noise from outside is quite significant . Our room was on the second floor, just above the bars/restaurants and we could not sleep until mid night. The room did not have any air conditioning system, except two fans that one of them was broken. We had to close the windows because of the outside noise, so the room was quite hot. I contacted the management...

”Beautiful clean room, very comfortable bed. Room is small, but great location and just what we needed. Lots of amenities like cold water, coffee, tea, soap, etc. breakfast was good and great coffee. It was a bit difficult to get luggage up and down the stairs, probably not a great stay for those with mobility issues. Host communication was excellent.We were there in a heatwave, so room was warm but I think that’s probably not typical. There was a fan to circulate cool air from outside at night.”

”Positives: 1. Can’t beat the locations 2. Breakfast was good 3. Room was spacious 4. Beds very comfortable Negatives: 1. They sent the wrong wifi information which required emails to sort out. If I didn’t have a data plan this would have been quite problematic 2. Shower has great water pressure but the water does not get hot enough for it be enjoyed 3. Room was cold and damp and heater in the room did not work”

”We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mercedes BnB. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming, the studio was clean and well stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast at the cafe around the corner was a delightful bonus. The location is fantastic, really close to restaurants and attractions. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the amazing city of Amsterdam.”

”Sehr schönes sauberes Zimmer, super Lage, super Ausblick. Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe tadellos. Die Treppe ist etwas steil und schmal aber prinzipiell kein Problem. Gemeinschaftsküche im Erdgeschoss vollkommen ausreichend, die „Terasse“ ist der Bürgersteig vor dem Haus… aber so wird‘s gemacht in Amsterdam. Haben uns immer gefragt wie man wohl wohnt in den schmalen Häusern der Grachtengegend, jetzt wissen wir es und haben es sehr genossen. Vielen Dank.”
